🤍🙏🤍 Beautiful Melanie, I participated in the live meditation 🙏 and now, maybe ten minutes past, I am experiencing waving light with some color (difficult to focus on for it is more, and larger then when I’ve experienced it in my past) in my peripheral vision and it’s more expanded and staying longer!
This has occurred maybe 3 or 4 times in my past, with years in between, yet it did happen maybe in November and again now, yet more expansive!
No fear about it! In my heart it is doing whatever it needs to do!
I just wanted to share it with you!

Am sick with the flu at the moment and needed some healing and solace. Fell asleep during the video but had a very vivid dream about having an important confrontational conversation with my mother and sister about my upbringing! I remember the words, the mood, the reactions.. Everything! It was as if we were having the conversation in real life!
Felt very healing for me to get things off my chest.

Getting there..slowly but surely. I'm very grateful for the merge, wish I can hold it longer, i have to constantly center and do light work, but it's getting easier and easier, ups and downs, I trip and fall. But I'm getting closer, recovering from mistakes, forgiving others including myself faster. Never missing a day or a moment of connection has been my goal and the key of my growth.
