You could also buy a shurelyas for mana regen. Extremely cheap and gives a good active. Would be an easy stack to get early game especially if you're struggling with mana. (You can treat faerie charm like a mana potion).
Some sort of Attack Speed item would not have gone amiss here. If you were intending to lower his CDs with Jack of all Trades, then his boosted AAs from his shield just gets more value.
@Wafflerush I don't know if you wanted to grab either a Wit's End or something else, but honestly, Triforce just sounds like an item for Jack of all Trades. Sheen procs with all those Shield bashes sounds disgusting.
