I actually use the Conspiracy palette waaaaay more than I initially thought I would when I bought it. I wasn’t too sure in the colour story when I first bought it, but I’ve got so much use out of it and have experimented with a ton of looks.
sophdoeslife Pig-ment is my absolute favourite! Usually if I don’t have a clear idea of what I’m doing I’ll start with Pig-ment in the crease, you can go in so many different directions with it. I love diffusing it out with What’s the Tea for a pretty pastel moment. I’ll add a bit of Diet Cola on the lid in the evening if I’m feeling crazy. Conspiracy and Just a Theory are also favourites of mine!
I find with the soap brows, if you spray like one spritz of setting spray onto the soap it stops it from going white and looking like dandruff. Also try pears soap as its clear and wont look white, i got it for 75p on superdrug💕
You are so right it's ment to be used moistened we used water. In my teens cough cough hair gel stil had to be invented so the spikey punk hairdo was styled with glycerine soap.
Just feel like the conspiracy pallette should have had a more cohesive colour scheme. I mean tbf, if u don't like it don't get it but I just feel like such contrasting colours in a pallete don't work together easily. But also it kind of goes with Jefrees brand to have an out there pallete so I can see how it also makes sense.
The conspiracy is actually what I use for my everyday make up! I feel like it has really good everyday colors, the only ones I don’t use is the last 4 colors in the middle row. Hot reds and Orange I can’t make work 😂
I feel like a series of mini palettes would have been nicer, so maybe turning each row into an individual palette or something similar... maybe quads? I feel like I only use tanacon, dirty money and the shimmery one next to them

There is a L’Oreal tinted bb cream thing. Which is kinda like the Charlotte tilbury one I think. It is the type where it is white and then u rub it in and gives colour. But Yh if u wanted to know there’s one xx
I use garnier BB cream but not the original one but the one for oily skin. I love it. It’s not for everyone and there are people that don’t like it but it’s the only one that works on my weird skin.

I actually find the shadows work well on me on a dry base! So I prime my lids then set with the light pink in the palette. My go to shades are the browns, sleep paralysis (all over the lid) and the pink shade! I used the orange all around my eye for a neon party once and it was amazing!
Soph, I'm so glad you gave the Lancôme foundation another try! It's actually my HG foundation! It's buildable without being cakey, isn't totally dead matte and actually looks very natural on the skin, is perfect for my combo skin (doesn't dry out my skin but also does its job at somewhat controlling the oils on my T-zone) and the best part is that it lasts an entire day. I'm sticking to this product forever, can't live without it!
I seen someone else review this iconic soap brow product and they said they had to use a damp brush. They used fix plus. Love seeing you create looks like this Soph keep it up thanks x
Boots have a natural collection Tinted moisturiser. It comes in the same shades as the foundation i think but lighter coverage and moisturising. I like to use it when i want some colour but not a full face of foundation. Sarah x

Garnier tanning moisturiser is something i swear by! Affordable, not super smelly and not patchy at all, only thing is sometimes I find it sticking or going darker in dry patches, but you say you have oily skin so it could work for you xxx
You would love the hyaluronic acid moisturizer from ColourPop! It’s very light weight but buildable so you can add as much coverage as you need. Definitely more of a foundation type product. Another one I love is the Australian gold tinted sunscreen. It’s more of a whipped lightweight moisturizer but it blends out sooo smooth. It’s tinted just enough to wear you feel like your skin is blurred but it’s still your skin. I like to use it as a concealer too for an easy no make up day :) and totally a bonus that it products against the sun! 🙌🏼

My drugstore tinted moisturizer is Burt’s Bees Goodness Glows Tinted moisturizer. I use this every day and it is very moisturizing and very minimal coverage, and it smells nice! I use the shade Buff but I would think you would use the shade darker than that :)
I would love to see a video of you cleaning your brushes and doing a Q&a like you do when do the drive thru only while cleaning brushes. Something about it is so satisfying.
I really like the Urbam Decay powder for additional setting. I use the Milk Makeup loose powder with a sponge under my eyes and in my tzone, and then set the rest of my face with the Urban Decay powder to add some color back. I dust a slight bit of losse powder all over after that just to be sure everything is locked in. A bit extra, but it seems to really work for me, and I touch up with a translucent powder compact and the Urban Decay compact (UD for pigment, translucent for locking in, spritz with a refresh spray) I'm so extra😂 but maybe try using it in addition to a true translucent powder? Love you Soph, you're such mood and I adore your videos💜💜
I don't know if its similar to Charlotte tilbury tinted moisturiser as I haven't used it - but boots, NO7 have a illuminator which has a light coverage and gives you a glow, I use it on no makeup days or underneath my bare minerals tinted moisturiser :) I get it in the shade Nude and use same shades as you in foundations xx
I like this idea, it was the same with me! When I first used the True Match foundation, it didn't look good on me and was making my skin look horrible and was so confused why everyone was liking it and then I changed my moisturiser and tried it again, and found the foundation looked amazing. I guess you need to try and try to fully test it. Obviously, if it's breaking you out and making your skin worse then get rid of it but if it's the finish and coverage etc, trying different products with it might help. The True Match foundation is one of my favourite foundations!!
I use the L'Oreal C'est Magic tinted BB Cream in light or medium (depending on tan) instead of foundation every day, lovely natural coverage, good with my very oily skin, super lightweight and moisturising, contains spf, other products sit nicely on top, brightening and not super matte too. Can be a bit funny over silicone primers so i just use it on top of a very lightweight water based moisturiser. Can't recommend it enough!
I love all the colors in the Conspiracy palette and am loving new ideas for looks. However idk if it's just me but this eyeshadow, almost all of them make my eyes real itchy. You? When I wear it now I add a different base or transition color to help minimize the itchiness. Ty, I enjoy watching you 🙋♀️

The soap brow is meant to be used with a little spritz of water or setting spray. It won't leave the dandruff type chunks that way. Also it's usually meant to be used wet anyway. Just works better. ❤
I remember you saying so often that you didn't/ don't like purple on your eyes and it looks so amazing on you! Happy to see you tried. Hope you'll do more. Besides the second chance series it might be cool to see you do looks with (old) palettes that are out of your comfort zone and not specifically "in". It's what usually inspires me the most.

I would recommend Garnier combo to oily skin bb cream, it gives a quiet good coverage for a bb cream but still looks like skin. Unfortunately they only have two shades where I live but I’m not sure about other parts of the world.

Trust me when i say, i take out this palette for one shade or the other every single time i do my makeup. Shane was so so so prudent while making this palette. I didnt get it at first. I was very hung up over the green shade being excluded. But now i totally get it. This palette is a must have!
Farewell Bourjous. I wondered why the stands were looking bare of late but apparently it's now discontinued in the UK. My all time favourite concealer was the Happy Light Concealer but that was discontinued quite some time ago. I tried the Radiance Concealer to see if it would give a similar finish, it didn't but I liked it anyway. I don't do matte as it's very unforgiving on more mature skin so this was ideal for me. Other than those two products, the only other stand out for me was the Healthy Skin Serum Foundation. Bourjois was never a go to brand for me personally but I know people who absolutely loved it so it's a shame to see it go
I have some palettes that I don't use, but Conspiracy weirdly is getting used almost daily - even tho I love neutrals. I tend to use the top row and some pop of colour with it. It's great! I love it for party looks and more artsy looks too, so I am very happy with it. It is just hella bulky, so it is a bit difficult. In that light, ABH Modern Renaissance is still my holy grail, it never fails me.

I remember I used to use the collection concealer, but stopped because of the quality, yet when I picked it up a few days ago, the formula and (kind of) the colour range have improved a lot and would now be worth rebuying. I've noticed with the conspiracy pallette that the shimmers perform WAY better when you apply them with a finger. Some of them work fine with a brush, but the ones that aren't as pigmented work amazing with a finger.
It’s not at the drugstore, but not too expensive and is good for your skin! I use Klairs Illuminating Supple Blemish Cream but if you just search klairs bb cream it’ll come up. It’s a “shade matcher” so it’s only one option but myself and two friends of different skin tones all love it and it matches us well :)
I think a house related q&a video on your second channel would be really helpful! I’m the same age as you, me and my bf are starting to look into buying as well but are clueless to the whole process! x
I love the conspiracy palette for a green, pink or warm brown eye look, it looks amazing but if you blend 'not a fact' purple into the darker brown in the outer corner!

i've used this before and it's alright. it does get oily quite quickly (on my skin, anyway). it has light coverage but it was quite nice

Teint idole es my fav ever! I just opened my third bottle. No blemishes, no oils, perfect finish!

I found wetting the soap with the setting spray a little helps not get the white cast on your eyebrows 💕
They do half shades in the collection concealer now because I had the same problem. Try 1A or 1B xx💞

Nivea make such a nice tinted moisturiser! So i suggest that!

I am part of a makeup group which created our own palette called UKMA Unfiltered palette its limited edition but would love to see you use it and do some looks with it xxx
I remember I used to use the collection concealer, but stopped because of the quality, yet when I picked it up a few days ago, the formula and (kind of) the colour range have improved a lot and would now be worth rebuying. Not sure if that helps but oh well

I've noticed with the conspiracy pallette that the shimmers perform WAY better when you apply them with a finger. Some of them work fine with a brush, but the ones that aren't as pigmented work amazing with a finger.
It’s not at the drugstore, but not too expensive and is good for your skin! I use Klairs Illuminating Supple Blemish Cream but if you just search klairs bb cream it’ll come up. It’s a “shade matcher” so it’s only one option but myself and two friends of different skin tones all love it and it matches us well :)

I only use the urban decay powder to set my eyelids. And oh my, this prevents my eyeshadow from creasing! I will repurchase when that time comes.
I get some setting spray and spray one pump onto the soap then mix it in. That will stop it going white! X

I love the conspiracy palette for a green, pink or warm brown eye look, it looks amazing but if you blend 'not a fact' purple into the darker brown in the outer corner!
