My dad loved to hear you preach, man. He died December 15th. God called him home. Life has been difficult to adjust since we lost him. But this song reminded me of him. He was a student, woke up reading the Bible, spent his lunch breaks studying the Bible, and fell asleep reading the Bible. He was a special man who left a lasting legacy of serving God and living his sermon. An inspiration to everybody he came into contact with. If he were still here, I’d be sending this video to him rn and and even though he doesn’t listen to rap, he loved your music. He’d be screaming “amen!” Lol Miss my pops. Thanks for writing this song. It will remind me I need to live life like my father did, who tried his hardest to live his life the way his Father✝️ did. 🥺

I got out of jail and off paper in 2015. I didn’t waste no time to leave San Diego after that. I kept my faith and prayed for better days and here I am doing way better than I ever have.
