Not played PBE, but am I correct to assume it's one charm per stage? Also, if late game charms are such an issue, maybe they should nerf them, or charms overall, so that it's not a make or break that ends up bailing people out? I hate early re-roll metas, but charms, as they are right now, make it seem like turtling for late game to get a charm bailout is a viable strategy in the new set.
it’s one charm per round, not stage! one charm appears in every 3 shops :) and if they nerf charms i feel like it would be hard to find the right balance of them not being game changing, but still being worth it and seeming like a cool & fun addition. unfortunately it seems that if riot don’t want the game to become stale they have to somewhat sacrifice fairness for the sake of interesting new mechanics and gimmicks…with this type of game players will complain no matter what. either it’s too boring or there’s too much variance.
Less of a chance for the game to be "solved" & therefore "requiring" more skill to consistently win or place better. In one man's opinion anyway after watching this game awhile.

It was more like, "if that's the case, maybe..." since I haven't played the new set myself. Personally, I think it's fun for RNG to be rewarding. One of my biggest complaints about Set 11 is that it doesn't feel rewarding for low probability hits. 3-star 4-costs not being "definitive" was just extremely unsatisfying, so I do want this fun and exciting element that seems to reward rare hits, but this is doing it in the form of charms.
@@king-ofhearts That's absolutely fair. Set 11 was largely too stale and in turn, felt terrible, in my opinion because of this. Once "solved" there was literally no "fun" and it wasn't like people could go for a hail Mary 3-star 4-cost to win, since most of them sucked and can't carry.
I think veigar has to be fixed he feels less than mid. I think the quality of charm should give him more ap depending on cost. I also agree on the charm thing late game charm sucks it’s so rng.
Does anyone know how to get the MLM pride flag colors effect for little legends like he did on the video? 😭 I tried every pride boom but couldn’t find it.
the "placebo" augment has to be a LS reference because he calls balance changes "placebo buffs/nerfs" when they dont actually change how the champ is played or their role in the game

I tried PBE for set 12 1st time today, and as soon as i try to open any anvil the game crashes, trying to reload and it again crashes, and i could only load back the 3rd time. Hopefully they fix it soon, got 4 anvils and out of habbit i opened and crashed my game 😂😂
