Perhaps a little bit late to mention it now... The concrete you mix up will chemically bond better to a surface that is not completely dry. This is because the concrete needs to keep the water you already mixed in, for the chemical process to work properly. A dry and absorbing surface, will extract the water out of the concrete. So if you moist (not dripping wet) a dry and absorbing surface, then you create a humid balance.

Yeah, her knowledge is limited in many processes it seems... I also made a comment about the metalbars being on the bottom of her foundation, and not raised inside the concrete... But hey, she is doing something, better this than botox in the face and demanding money for nothing...

Nice videos, a small tip, you need to raise the metalbars to be in the middle of the concrete - metalbars in the bottom of the concrete doesnt carry the same strength at all...
You can raise it by putting it on stones of similar size, or just put out some buckets of concrete at random positions, and then placing the metalbars... :-)
