So glad to see some different video content. Love the storage stuff but small lease is sooo close and much needed in many areas. Keep bringing the good stuff. Awesome work as always.
@SelfStorageIncome would love to see more behind the scenes stuff. Maintenance, gate issues /repairs, landscaping, automation, tours of your offices, etc. Also layout/design of facilities or rv storage. Possibly issues encountered during the design and permitting phases. This is the asset class I want to get into with my investments (and one day possible ownership) so I watch every video on my long drives trying to soak up as much information as possible. Love the content.
