Are you sure about that? I heard that Rolling Meadows got their Alertronic 6000s in the late 80s, and it wasn't until the early 90s when PN-20s began production. I feel like this PN-20 was added in for extra coverage.
@@ElevatorDog100 Not at all, it just for me (Or anyone else interested for that matter) to be able to easily listen to the coast up or the coast down of the siren. Nothing else.
Yeah apparently, this PN-20 is the only older & active siren remaining in Rolling Meadows' system given that the three Alertronics they used to have in their system (including the one at the former Fire Station 15) are now T-128s & that the RM-130 by the Portillo's has been deactivated for some reason.
Well the head design for both an ACA PN-20 & ASC RM-130 is the same. However, when I contacted the person who is responsible for growling these sirens every Monday morning, he said that it is a PN-20.
This siren actually replaced a AL-6000R many years ago. It was the first one to come down.

Coast up at 0:04
Coast down at 1:45
Oh because I had to readjust my camera in the middle of the test?

Has this been replaced or not?
As far as I know, this siren is still up.
She's still here
Even tho the Alertronic AL-6000R got replaced by a T-128 sadly, we still got the PN-20 tho!

If u put a 2001 siren there it soon ends like an high pitch ACA allerttor 125
It would, but the speed on the PN-20's chopper motor would have to be slowed to harmonize well with the 2001.
Kind of looks like an RM-130

Beautiful.
Nice is that the one I requested
I don't remember you requesting a siren for me to film, but all right.
@@ElevatorDog100 is it the one by Portillo's
No, it's hidden in a neighborhood. You'll realize it's not by that Portillo's if you watch till the end of the video when I zoom out.
