may i just say that i adore how Rome showed the figure of Octavian. they really presented well all the factors that brought that man to be this strong, reserved, cold but also intelligent leader of Rome.
but on the other hand - i fell in love in Atia&Anthony story and felt really bad for what happened to them.
God, the main reason why i love Rome so much is because of so many great and complexed characters: Atia, Mark, Servilla, Octavian, Lucius, Pullo...
sorry for rumbling, but you brought all my feelings to the surface with your incredible work of art :c
+veshiesses Rome really managed to show how complicated these people are and eventough i like Atia&Anthony , with Cleopatra he was different for me.
And Octavian , ohh my dear Octavian...
He was the best character ever!
His devolepment from a boy to a great and clever man enchanted me.
Thats why he will always be my favorite ever.

I am glad to hear that because i think that Rome isn't "edited" enough.I started watching Rome a few days ago and become obsessed with it.And i hope that this isn't wirde ( i usually bother my history teacher with it) but can you recommend me some books about that period of history.
