Hi just found your channel. Everything looks great and you look like you run a great place! I’m Canadian and I have not heard of frozen custard. Is this legitimately just frozen custard or is it similar to “ice milk”, a soft serve slurry poured into ice cream machines at a lot of places here? It looks similar visually. Really cool take on sundaes and ice cream parlour either way. Thank you : )
