  • In the two books, the Kojiki and the Nihon Shoki, the two concepts of "shirasu" and "ushihaku" appear as ways of governing a country.
    On the surface, these two words seem to have similar meanings, but in fact they represent completely different forms of governance.
    These two concepts are not mutually exclusive;
    rather, we believe that in an ideal governance, these two aspects would have complemented each other.
    "Shirasu" does not simply refer to a method of governance, but symbolizes the community spirit that the Japanese people have cultivated throughout their long history.
    The idea of ​​the people and the country coming together as one and building a society through fair judgment and mutual trust is still very useful in modern society.
