Not to be rude, but if internet personalities moving on to seperate things in life amicably is messing w ur mental health and body, you should probably take a break from the internet. Parasocialism is a real thing and you dont want to fall into that trap as content creators arent your friends of family, rhey just make entertaining content to advertise or make money while hopefully enjoying it
