Bryony : One of my very very favorite names, SO gorgeous, and I'd love to use it if it worked with my last name! Eliora : Isn't this a stunning name? I'd love to see it used more! Sansa : Beautiful! Romilly : I know a woman with 10 kids and is adopting an 11th, and her second child is named Romilly Alice
I love Bryony. It's such a stunning name. Eliora is a gorgeous name. I really need to add Romilly back onto my personal favorites. I used to really love this name. Theodora! That's my top favorite girl name. It hasn't been in my top spot too long (within the year). You're absolutely right about it having a lot of great nickname options. Finnian is adorable. Stellan is so cool. At first, I really didn't care for Everest as a name, but I have come around to it recently. Adler is very handsome. Oswald was another name that I loved years ago.
I love the name Winry from Full Metal Alchemist. Wynn reminded me of that :) I actually considered using Winry for my daughter, since hubby and I both loved watching the series together, but alas, we chose a different one :)
I do love Bryony. It is on my fave names list. I do think it is better known here in the UK, but it is still not common. A lot of people take it to be a feminine version of Brian, Bryan, Bryn, etc, but as you said, it is actually a plant name.
I absolutely adore Wynn! Unfortunately it doesn't go in my native language. But I've decided that if I get a girl I'd call her Liv. It's not such an uncommon name, but I love the simplicity of it. Also in Norwegian Liv translates to "life", which I think is so cute. Then I can say that i made "life".
I absolutely LOVE these videos I just filmed 2 baby name videos because there are so many name I love. Watching these always gets me into trouble because it gives me new ideas my husband always shoots down.
Freya Bryony and Flynn Reed Eliora and Emmett Sansa Rowan and Romilly Theobald and Sarah Wynn and Willard Waylon and Finnian Amelia and Stellan Everest and Iris Oswald and Alder Griffith and Altar
Hi Tina! All of the search functions for name popularity in the US are on the SSA site, found here: www.ssa.gov/oact/babynames/. Let me know if you have any trouble navigating it, it can be a bit tricky!
I have been really loving Avonlea for years now, probably because I'm Canadian and LOVE Anne of Green Gables. Callum is also one of my personal favourites! Thanks for watching and commenting ❤️
The names I’d like to name my future children are: Boys- Bowen “Bowie” Maxwell Charles “Chaz” Alexander Casey “Ace” Elliott Girls- Avery Nicole Emerson “Emmy” Grace Piper Amelia
Here are my top 5 girl and top 5 boy names not in the top 1000. For a girl they are Elowen/Elowyn, Caliadne, Caliope, Echo, and Xanthe/Xanthia. For boys they are Caius, Fox, Thorin, Phineas, and Bastian.
I love all Elle names including Eliora, but my sister likes Ella and she's going to have children before me so I have to wait before I can use any name with that sound.Huge fan of Theodora, but Theodore is in my top ten so I can't have a Theodore and a Theodora. Stellan makes me think of The Conspiracy of Us!
Yay! Eleora is such a beautiful and unique name. I hope you find the perfect middle name to go with it. Family names always add a special touch to a name, so I'd suggest looking at your family tree for inspiration :)
I really like Moon for the middle name, but my husband hates it. Our eldest daughter is Abrielle Zen, so I wanted to go with something with the same hippie feel, I'm just having such a hard time!
I'm pretty sure I addressed that in the video. In North America, however, Bryony is VERY unusual, hence its presence on this list. All of my videos utilize the US baby name stats, although I do find the UK naming stats to be quite fascinating, the UK is a trendsetter when it comes to baby names! Thanks for watching & commenting!! :)
My name is one of the most uncommon ever, and to 17 people since 1840. And myself being one of them, my name is Khaleigh. Said like "Kaylee". The last time my name is given out with 2005! I love the individuality, nobody ever has my name!
Khaleighroseeee kaylee/kailey is a really common name , actually. the spelling khaleigh makes it more unique, but the way its pronounced is still common lol.
Wynn is super cool👌 I really like Finnian, even though I prefer Finn on a girl My favourite uncommon/unique names are Oaks, Rhodes, Levon and Searle, i really enjoy them for boys. For girls i like Finn, Nola, Selah and Sawyer a lot 😊
That's true! I can't really think of any cute nicknames for it either ... maybe Sansie? Some parents really want a name that can't be turned into a nickname, so I suppose Sansa would work really well in that case!
jennathebookworm His name is very meaningful as my boyfriend was born in and lived in Italy until he was 6 and I have visited Italy 4 times since I was younger. I am now pregnant with baby #2 and we already have names picked out, more Italian names. Geovana for a girl and Geovani for a boy 💖💙 we get to find out the gender in 2 weeks
I really like the name Everest. I was waiting to see who would bring this name up. Ever and Everly is heard more but not Everest. I like it for a girl though.
I'm trying to avoid religious names and names from sinful shows or movies. I like part one better than part two. Oswald is the name of an octopus in a kids show lol. I like Griffith as a last name but as a first name no( it reminds me of a ghetto street here). I'm sticking to part ones suggestions.
