You always deliver! Love the use of the blend ranges to continue adding depth. Every tutorial teaches something and in a way that makes sense...a teaching gift! Always look forward to your work...you rank in the top for creativity!!
Hi David you are always so kind and I really appreciate your comments and your support, I am so glad that you liked this one and always happy to see you here.......Mike
Hello Michael, another very nice (poetic) composition that I really like, I also appreciated some tips that I had forgotten. Thanks for your great talent and the bonus at the end.
Another most instructive tutorial. With practice, a lot of your techniques are coming back almost automatically when I try to emulate one of your tutorials. What I am still missing though, is your vivid imagination to create one of my own. Thanks again.
Thank you so much Serge I am so glad that they help you, I always appreciate you support and your comments..........Mike ps not sure how these things pop in to my head lol...
Well played again, Mike. I really liked the outcome, tone mapping this time was right up my alley. 👍👍👏👏I just wonder how the "David character" managed to rip off the "Goliath robots" arm? No weapons in sight. 😉😉 Have a good one, Mate EDIT: I commented to early about no weapon. When seeing the making of "David" I notice he has some tools (not too visible in the finished image I think). Should still be good enough to take on a gigantic robot. LOL
lol yes you got my idea, he has a really big task to get that robot up and running. I thought an electric screwdriver and a spanner you can fix anything lol ....or is that a hammer ? Still a few mistakes on this one for sure, you are right the tools sort of get lost and the shadows are very bad (something I am working on) and hope to improve in the future. As always thanks so much Jon for you thoughts and comments I always look forward to seeing them .....Much appreciated .......Mike
Another great & informative tutorial. I to struggle with shadows but found if I use the lighting filter I can imagine where it has to go before drawing them before turning the filter off again, but that's just how I've got around it.
Hi AT that is a fantastic idea and one I am going to give a go for sure as shadows is where I struggle too. I am going to work on it and try and get much better. Thanks so much for the idea and the support and the comments. Always great to see you here........Mike
I like your way of creating the background and ideas for putting together the whole character from individual elements. In my opinion, it's worth watching the tutorial until the end. I agree with you on the shadows 😄 Regards Jurek
Thanks Jurek I appreciate that very much, I will be working on my shadows and trying to find new techniques to learn. thanks so much for all your support and comments I appreciate them very much.....Mike
