At first I didn’t like this Final Destination theme, but now I have opened up to it, it’s pretty amazing. Even though it isn’t as powerful compared to Brawl or Melee.
The vibe of this one is completely different compared to brawl's, but not in a bad way. Brawl's felt like an epic final battle and this one feels like a tense and isolated 1v1 duel, which I can totally get behind.

People be saying this isn't intense enough to be Final Destination as though this game franchise doesn't involve a middle aged Italian stereotype facing off against both 2D stick men and dragon-blooded teenagers with swords. It's okay for Smash to be a little silly, guys.
Counterpoint: Brawl and Melee managed to get their final destinations to sound intense while still having said Italian stereotype, 2D stick man, and dragon blooded teenagers. Also, there’s a difference between trying to be silly and succeeding and trying to be intense and failing. This song is an example of the latter.
Everybody dislikes this version except me lmao, i guess that its because i heard it when i was younger and it gives me nostalgia or something, anyways all final destiantion's are god tier
You got it on the dot. I NEVER played Smash 4 as I skipped on Wii U & My 3ds was never seen to play smash on. But even I can admit this is a Masterclass track. I do think it’s got that “Disney” sounding aspect to it and I think that is what psychologically turns most people off for this Version of FD. None the less your speaking facts. As a societal average smash ultimate player who “i don’t play this game competitive so mechanics I may not know” seems pretty similar to Smash 4. I have respect for smash 4 as a result.
Not at all, and this is coming from a guy who sunk in countless hours into Brawl as a whole. This is fine for what it was, but I distinctly remember not liking it when playing Smash Wii U for the first time.
