How to Get Kuwait Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) by Using Sahel App (English & Hindi Language)

A police Clearance Certificate (PCC) is a certificate issued for the good conduct of a person currently living in Kuwait or a person who has left Kuwait. It is also issued to foreigners who have worked or lived in Kuwait. A police clearance certificate in Kuwait is issued by the Department of Criminal Evidence Kuwait (Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior). Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) is Also Called Criminal Status Certificate (CSC) or Good Behaviour Certificate
Good Conduct Certificate Kuwait confirms an individual's non-criminal background within Kuwaiti borders
Eligibility
Police records are available for residents of Kuwait. Individuals must be physically present in Kuwait and either be Kuwaiti citizens or hold a valid residence visa to apply for a police certificate. Police records are not available for periods of residence prior to May 1991, due to the destruction of these records during Iraq’s invasion of Kuwait. Information on criminal activity, including police records, is not accessible from Kuwaiti embassies abroad.
A police clearance certificate may be required when we are immigrating to another country, or your local company or Embassy requests one for you.
This Certificate is issued by the Ministry of Interior, General Department of Criminal Evidence located in Dhajeej.
Steps to get a Police Clearance Certificate in one minute using the Sahel App
Step1 - Log on to Sahel App, If this is your first time, please follow the steps in this link to log on
Step 2 - Go to Services Tab From The Bottom Second Tab From Right
Step 3 - Click on Drop Down Menu of the Ministry of Interior Logo written as Kuwait Police, From the Bottom 6th Logo
Step 4 - Click On the Ministry of Interior Logo, and then select the first option, which is called security services, once you click that then sub-services will open, and in that select the first option which is the issuance of the criminal status certificate.
Step 5 -Select whether you want a police clearance certificate for Inside Kuwait, or Travelling abroad.
If you select "Inside Kuwait", the app will ask you the purpose of PCC. Just write the purpose and submit it, and you will get the PCC immediately.
If you are having difficulty getting PCC, please visit the Criminal Evidence office in Dhajeej Location, and they will assist you.
General Errors
1. You cannot extract the certificate, please review the forensic evidence (the Original was shown in Arabic).
Please visit office i dhajeej and update your finger prints , once the finger prints are update you can download pcc from sahel app , Sometimes they may ask you for appointment , You can book your appointment through Meta website metaprodapp.az... or if you face issues with login or booking, you can book through Sahel App also but sahel only in arabic
When you choose "Travelling Abroad", you need to select the country requesting PCC and submit. You will receive the PCC immediately in the app and you can download it.
