Oooh that note on remembrance!! I've gotten the same notes from my guides about that when it comes to soul integration. It's not that all of these fragments integrate and then we're consciously 1000 different personalities. Rather, it's more like a library of former life experiences. And when it's necessary to tap into a life experience or skill, we use our galactic library card and kinda pick out the book of whatever life has the info we're needing at the time. This was the visual I was given a few months ago in regard to soul integration. I do agree, it would be extremely overwhelming to have conscious awareness of all previous lives at one time lol.

JJ, to understand the 5D Earth you have to understand parallel timelines, at the time, 41,400 years ago, when Lemuria was destroyed, the planet split into multiple timelines, humanity descended into the 4D and then 3D but there's a 5D earth in a parallel timeline that's never Been poisoned, no chemicals, no cities, no wars, just a pristine garden 5D Earth. During the Rapture, all righteous humans with balanced karma get transported to this beautiful 5D Earth. This isn't my first planetary ascension.
I think Time moving in Spiral Pattern, specifically like DNA 🧬 pattern, after observing the birds flying every night at the same spot in Sydney city, which I believe they are Arcturian or Andromedian or Star Family’s energy projections, as their flying pattern not “animal -like” at all rather a very conscious & Divine being. And they always flying up to level 8 of my apartment opposite to St Peter Catholics to say hi to me. Even the plants, trees, winds & mother Earth waving to me very consciously every day, so as the Sun now filled with Divine Feminine white Light, that I can look directly for hours & always talks to me whenever I consciously want to talk to them 🪷👼🤍. Yes the ALL is conscious NOW.
