Let us discuss conduction convection and radiation
these are three modes of heat transfer
    #Conduction
    #Convection
    #Radiation
    What is Heat?
Heat is a form of energy. It derives its origins at the molecular scale. Molecules of a substance vibrate at their positions either fixed or not when energy is supplied to them. As they vibrate they transfer their energy to the surrounding molecules causing them to vibrate as well.
Conduction is the transfer of thermal energy through direct contact. Convection is the transfer of thermal energy through the movement of a liquid or gas. Radiation is the transfer of thermal energy through thermal emission
    Examples of Convection
Boiling water - The heat passes from the burner into the pot, heating the water at the bottom. ...
Radiator - Puts warm air out at the top and draws in cooler air at the bottom.
Steaming cup of hot tea - The steam is showing heat being transfered into the air.
Ice melting - Heat moves to the ice from the air.
What is the main difference between conduction and convection?
Difference Between Conduction, Convection and Radiation. While conduction is the transfer of heat energy by direct contact, convection is the movement of heat by actual motion of matter; radiation is the transfer of energy with the help of electromagnetic waves
Which is faster conduction or convection?
Whereas conduction is a static process, convection is a more efficient method of heat transfer because it adds the element of motion. A convection oven heats food faster than an ordinary one because it has a fan that blows the hot air around.
    Radiation
Radiation is the fastest mode of transfer of heat, because radiation travels at the speed of light, which is very quick. The slowest mode of transfer of heat is conduction because it takes place from particle to particle.
What is the difference between conduction and convection?
In conduction, heat transfer takes place between objects by direct contact. In convection, the heat transfer takes within the fluid. The heat transfer occurs through a heated solid object.
    Conduction
Conduction is the method of transfer of heat within a body or from one body to the other due to the transfer of heat by molecules vibrating at their mean positions. The bodies through which the heat transfer must be in contact with each other. There is no actual movement of matter while transferring heat from one location to the other.
Conduction occurs usually in solids where molecules in the structure are held together strongly by intermolecular forces of attraction amongst them and so they only vibrate about their mean positions as they receive heat energy and thus pass it to the surrounding molecules by vibrations.
    Convection
Convection is the mode of heat transfer which occurs mostly in liquids and gases. In this method, heat transfer takes place with the actual motion of matter from one place within the body to the other. Often when we boil water we have seen bubbles and currents develop in the water on careful observation.
What are the three types of heat transfer and examples?

Thanks u so much ❤❤❤ sir
    Firstly formula remember
    ❤ heat - always halki
    ❤ cold - always bhari
    3 ways of Heat transfer
1 , conduction - jhan pr heat solid body me transfer hoti H, ( without moving or movement of molecules )
Like - pan on stove, after some time, whole pan heated but stove focus only bottom
2 , convection - jisme heat liquid form me transfer hoti H. (With moving or movement of molecules) ,( idhar fornula applied, heat -halka, cold bhari)
Eg - Ac in room, always in top , coldness always bhari so room ke Ground pr and room ki heat upar then ac us hva ko thnda. Ye process continue.
3 , radiation - jisme heat rays se tranfer hoti H, any two bodies without effect middle object.
Eg - sardi me aag sekna, heat ( mere aur aag ke bich ke enviro no effect but heat mujh tk aa rhi H)
Eg, sun and earth bich enviro no effect but by rays Earth absorb heat

In the winter season we must keep room heater at the floor because heater create hot air and due to convection that hot air goes upword that's why what happens ,that room temperature will remain steady . If we didn't this heater fit to the selling then hot air will stay at upper part of room and bottom portion remain cooled .There will not done process of convection.
