    I was surprised to see this is a new account. Very professional! I'm a consistent trainer and adopt the techniques you champion. How long did it take you of consistent training to knock 10 minutes off?

      Thanks for your support! I actually started running during lockdown, hitting it hard with up to 6 runs a week. It took about 3 months of very intense training to shave off those 10 minutes. I think if someone were to follow the steps I laid out in the video, it would take a bit longer but would be more achievable in normal day-to-day life.

    I really like the in depth reasoning explained, when starting and then progressing with interval running what duration do you recommend?

      Glad you found it useful. For a complete beginner I'd say start with 30 seconds of running and 1 minute of walking, then gradually increase the running intervals
