The rail link should have been built to Auckland airport in 1950 . The link from Avondale to Onehunga had land put aside in 1946. A bridge or tunnel to Mangere Bridge then on to the airport then to Papatoetoe and finally the line would finish in Howick.
To all those who say that there's nothing wrong with the current domestic terminal, I say yeah right. And no amount of further renovations will make anything better.
There is nothing wrong, just looks dull but works fine. There are barely queues and little overcrowding. However a replacement terminal is great and allows seamless domestic to international transfers
We do not like big Airports. We like flying into the Gold Coast or Wellington, little places that don't involve stop over nights at over-priced Airport hotels. Small is beautiful.
Love her story. Her accent is the most unique mix. Her accent alternates every second word. 😊
Thanks Jack and Carrie for contributing to Auckland Economy
Great to see her be honest n roll her eyes
She's a charming lady. I wish her all the best success, it's a tough time in the aviation industry.

Auckland airport, NZ's longest ongoing construction site.
That's the best part. There's progression!
