Where did you get it from? I was thinking of doing this, but by cutting and gluing the tile by hand onto mesh and then laying the mesh. Like it would take me months to do. This seems a tad faster lol
Lots of ways to do it. They way they did it would work if they use a high flex mortar then used a roll on waterproofing membrane ( red guard, hydroban, etc.). It appears they used a premix mortar, which isn't rated for anything anymore, accept dry areas and that is walls only. It would have been easier and faster to install a concrete backer followed by a roll on waterproofing that is flashed up the walls 3 inches to truly waterproof the room. A roll on membrane like hydroban also gives an uncoupling effect up to a 1/8" to help with expansion and contraction. There is more than one way to do this. You choose the method based on the conditions of your job site and tile type. In a bathroom, waterproofing is hugh. She only has a tub, so technically just the area around it would need it. But if it's a roll on version of waterproofing, it would take minimal effort to do the whole thing.
Oh my…. It’s like a grandma rug in the BEST possible way! I adore it!!!!😍😱
I love the tile😊
Where to buy
My Lord that is gorgeous and these manufacturers make it so easy to install but looks like you laid every tile piece one by one.
Fucking genius!!!

I love everything you do!! ❤ love that ur hubby goes along with your madness!!
so cute
I would buy not like you did, tile adhesive isnt waterproof. What a waste of a nice floor and money. Complete failure on installation method
So how do you do it? With what?
