no one told me about the $15/mo fee and CDR verification which i'm struggling with now. not to mention how i went a week without my phone number while trying to get it activated.
WARNING! - I bought the indoor wifi hotspot and set it up on my Galaxy A52 5G phone. It worked fine for about a month. Then it stopped working. I tried switching to a Galaxy S21+ phone and it still wouldn't work. So-called helium support could not figure out how to transfer the certificate from the first phone to the second phone, so now I have an indoor wifi hotspot that is nothing but a paper weight. DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS IF YOU EXPECT THEM TO WORK FOR MORE THAN A MONTH OR TO BE TRANSFERRABLE TO ANOTHER PHONE.
