Magic training environment , I am currently training for Manchester so kind of around the same time of my plan (I take 2 rest days and sacrifice some mileage, its just better for me health wise) .I also follow Andy 'FOD' runner so on the Monday and Tuesday I am taking off post the 16th I shall catch up with you both and see how you got on 🙂
