Trucker Josh is an Owner Operator running a 2008 Kenworth W900L out of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. It's got a Cummins ISX Engine. He is in regional open deck division and covers the area of about a 1000 mile+ radius of Winnipeg in both Canada and the USA.

Fyi Memorial Day is to remember all the Soldiers that died serving the country. Veterans Day is to Honor all Soldiers at are or have served.
As Joshbryant67 said, "Memorial Day is a remembrance for those who sacrificed their lives, and Veterans Day is for those who have served and are still among the living. (US Army Veteran here)

That's a very good point about not warning traffic of police presence, I will never warn again. Not that I've had many opportunities anyways.😅

Hello to you,Brit,Theo, and all four of the furry boys. I hope Lord Diesel is doing well after his dental procedure. I must say that you sure do have some gorgeous areas up in your neck of the woods, and what a beautiful day you are having for driving. Reminds me of the Wisconsin Northwoods where I live. That Lest We Forget truck was simply amazing. It is always nice when we can run into people who make sure to be cheerful. My husband lived in Germany twice when his dad was in the Army. He lived in Ogsburg and Bamberg. He got to see the Kris Kringle mart, Dachau concentration camp, and so many other areas. My husband always said that when driving, never flash lights as a warning. It impedes law enforcement. The only time my husband flashes his lights is for a fellow trucker to pull back into our lane if he/she is pulling past us on the highway. So they know they are fully past us. That sure was a beautiful sunset. God Bless and as always, we keep you all in continued thoughts and prayers.
My truck is still loaded up for the protest I have parked next to that red Kenworth it's several protests. I have stickers on the side of my truck that express my feelings towards Trudeau and the Convoy I still run a CB my old 1990 fld120 😅 X bizon truck
Actually 3 military days in the US. Memorial Day for those who paid the ultimate price, Veterans Day for those who have served our country, and the lesser known Armed Forces Day for those currently serving our nation in uniform. Thanks and God Bless all of them.

Im 49, and im leaving the warehouse bizz of 22 yrs to become a trucker! I've always wanted to see all of Canada , so why not become a trucker like my father was right? Any suggestions? Cause I'll be getting my A-Z from Humber College, then hunting for a reputable company!

I miss the maps that show where you drove that day. One of the things that is of great value to me is seeing the landscapes in different places at different seasons, so it's nice to know where you are.

Kaministiqua, hy 102 used to have a post office where we were allowed to park our trailer at our VERY FIRST run in Canada because of truck break down. Will never forget that place. Coming from the Netherlands, I'm still in awe HOW FAST everything grows here after the winter. It's truly "hurry up" for nature to catch up when finally spring arrives.
Beautiful green scenery to see as you drive down the highways and byways... so nice to see lush green after a long cold white winter.

Glad you ere able to get the delivery on time. Yesterday was heavy haze from the fires up there. Rained softly today helped clear the air some here iin Grayson County Virginia. I hope you, Brit, Theo, & the boys are safe from the fires. Hoping they get it under control & no-one hurt.

Different in the UK for a speed radar trap, all it means is a ticket through the mail. We warn people about them all the time. The people in the radar vehicle (police van) aren't actually police...
The moose can be anywhere on the highway in Northwestern Ontario, but there is a lot of them around the Upsala area that get hit every week sometimes every day.

@@MrDroidx35 Yes all the time. I'm not in Upsala, I'm west of there but it's the same here. I have to go to a nearby town today so I'll probably see some on my way back. I'm also one of the people who removes them from the highway after they've been hit.

Yeah, we have Memorial Day in memory of those who died while serving, Veterans Day to honor those who served in the armed forces (surviving or not), and Armed Forces Day to honor those who currently serve in one of the five branches of the US Military. Oh, we have Flag Day to honor the resolution of the flag of the 13 United States adopted on June 14, 1777, and of course Independence Day..among another half dozen national holidays.

Memorial Day is suppose to celebrate the country of the USA and those lost, and Veterans Day is obvious to celebrate Veterans.

HI BRO. over the pond it is illegal to warn other driver's of police presence or obstacle's on the road or to flash a passing trucker to re-join your lane once he/she has passed . you can get fined for inappropriate use of light's. anything to get cash out your pocket in way of a fine/charge

The US celebrates Memorial Day in May which honors those that have fought for our country and paid the ultimate sacrifice. In November we celebrate Veteran's Day which honors all that have worn the uniform of the United States. In short Memorial Day honors our war dead and Veteran's Day honors those that have been in service.

If u warn someone its also illegal to do that only time i flash my lights is if theres some kinda wildlife or cause ur high beams r on besides that i dont flash mine cause if someones speeding and get caught good for them they shouldnt be speeding
You didn't miss a gear you just chunked it a little bit.
A Moose doesn't always win, but when they don't they are going todo some damage on the way out.

When I was a volunteer cop (special constable) I couldn’t tell you the amount of serious arrests I made off of routine traffic stops

My Dad and my grandpa were both cops and I can't tell you how many stories they told me about catching a criminal for doing something minor in comparison to crimes they had done. A speeding ticket here, running a red light there so I don't blame you at all for not wanting people about cops. Like you said, you never know whose driving that car, even if 99% of people are good people, which they probably are, you don't want to be the one who warns the one person who isn't.

So they would slow down etc but then I totally changed my mind and thought actually no these people need to learn a lesson and so many arrests are made off the back of routine traffic stops .
@@Trucker_Josh Possiblity vs probability. Mostly oilfield related trucks around here. They love to haul ass and I don't blame them chasing that cash. Gotta help a brother out.
There was a truck driver in the US pulled over, he had a hostage in his sleeper, and was a serial killer.
