I gotta be honest I have heard this song and watched this video over 100 times and never once cared what the words were. Her face and voice always supersedes the actual lyrics. She is one of the few who can do that to me. When she starts growling, squeaking , whistling, crying , and belting it’s like being transferred to a BIG EVENT every single time. Every performance is a Grammy performance! How?

Not many can do what she can do. One of her inspirations is Mariah Carey however I think Morissette’s whistle is clearer and more supported than Mariah’s however that ability to do the whistle note is not an easy task. Man of Sorrows is a great performance. She performed it with her fiancé on Easter Sunday at her church Favor Church.

There isn't and their hasn't been an ARTIST that has 10% of what this unbelievably brilliant ARTIST has, she has everything to her charisma, her personality, her stagecraft, the way she just draws you in to every performance, apart from being the greatest once in a lifetime vocalist, she doesn't take herself serious, she doesn't do drama Queen, doesn't carry an ego, doesn't drink, smoke or do drugs, she's a wonderful, giving human being, she's a Lady of the CHURCH, every performance is the closest thing you will ever get to perfection.

You should check out the TNT Boys, a trio of extremely talented young men, a couple of whom, maybe all, can also do those whistle tones like Mori can. I'd start with either their cover of "A Million Dreams" from The Greatest Showman or their cover of "Flashlight" on their TNT Versions channel, or their original song "Together We Fly" that they performed on the Wish Bus and go from there. They will shock you every bit as much as Mori does each time you hear them, amazing young guys!
