So, for economics u can go for sandeep garg, its good...
Other books are -
Vk ohri Tr jain
Apc publications
And tbh for 11th , i would suggest you to go for the books which your teacher suggests because that would be more helpful and less hectic for you to go through your 11th....As the teacher will explain from that book and so u could easily find those similar things... And plus mostly the teacher sets the paper from these books questions, so that might help you too...
And still if u wanna know,
I have used sandeep garg, anf its content is satisfactory so u can go for it

Statistics for economics
And, Indian Economic Development
If u are in cbse board,
Then for your 11th
Microeconomics and statistics for economics will be there for you...
And the rest two in 12th....
And in state boards
It depends on their criteria
Two will be in your 11tg and the other two will be in ur 12th...
I do not have much idea about state boards... So u can see by yourself on the internet
