- Hello guys. In this video we show the process how to do Digital Transfer on dark garment. We use Transfer Film to print digital by using laser printer (Canon), Plastisol White as underbase and Hot Melt Powder Glue. All material are Princhem product.
Please take note this is just a test. We use all material from local supplier. If you wanted to do Digital Screen Transfer like this you should test your materials before taking a job or bulk production to makesure if it can be use.
We use Canon laser printer. We do not know either other laser printer can be use or not. You should try at any laser printer. Difference kind of printer maybe have difference result. Try at your own risk. Dont forget to wash test.

Both positive and Colored Films are same ? We have to use Transfer Film for positive and same quality Transfer Film for Color print ?

Can I print with a printer epson xp 225 cartouche toner?
not sure brother. you need to try.. and do the test wash also.
I might be a little late but gotta ask anyway. Did the print last for long without fading after several washes? This is great for logo printing in my case. Thanks!
Yes color fading after about 20 washes but not bad. I suggest you using DTF instead Digital transfer like we do.
DTF ink made for textile. And the laser tonner / laser color we use not for textile.

@@buildonbudgetph4662 I am not sure about that but logically it will work if you use DTF ink because it is for textile. Why don't you give a try.

Does this transfer film work with pigment ink printers?
It's for toner/laser printer only.

Walaikumsalam. We don't know about other laser printer. We've use Canon only. You need try other printer if you want. Yes its PET Release Film ( Transfer Film ).

This is PET Release Film / Transfer Film. Unfortunately we do not sell to other country because some Custom issue and shipping issue.

yes we use standard transfer paper. direct use. no need to add any chemical.

It's depending on the art. For this image we use solid underbase.

@@torrey2708 yes need white underbase if use on dark shirt so we use plastisol ink or you can use waterbase also.

Boleh pki transfer glue yg liquid x ganti hotmelt glue
Kena try bos. Kami pun belum try guna transfer glue liquid untuk Digital Transfer ni. Tapi jika mengikut spec dan cara yang Biochem bagitau jika guna Transfer Glue Liquid, perlu tabur powder glue jugak untuk bagi lebih kuat.

Hello..We will put English subtitles soon but yes we do use regular laser printer. It is Canon laser printer.. But we dont know about other brand. you can try any laser printer but we dont know the result.
About sublimation process we dont know about it.

Hi..I am not sure about sublimation process. As far as I know, sublimation required us to use inkjet inks not a laser catridge if I am not mistaken. But if we got a chance sure we can do the test.

Hi, do you apply light, medium or heavy pressure on this? What kind of toner is being used in your laser printer please? I am using CP5525 laser jet and I am facing this issue with the transfer that the fabric texture appears on the print and those lines have a lighter print color and it seems rastorized. I am using 5 density for all colors in my print settings. Please let me know how do I get rid of these lines in the print.
