The latest Helfare restock and drop goes live at 7pm, any minute now and we're super excited about it! I've injured my shoulder which means I can't ride for a few days at least, but my twin brother Jono, trail builder Jamie and brakeless Ben went for a huge session at my MTB freeride compound to try some tricks in the rain on the slopestyle airbag. Even Ben rode his dirt jump bike which was super sick! Enjoy the tricks and crashes but especially Jono's choice of riding shoes... AGAIN!

Ortho physio here. That xray is too munted to determine whether you have a fracture or not in your clavicle. CT would tell you straight away. Regardless, probably not for surgical management anyway. Also, that collar and cuff sling is on wrong. The elbow strap needs to go up behind your shoulder (via your under arm). The way you have it will give neck pain and is resting on your clavicle. Vid was fun btw.

Having three broken collar bones that healed well, they still take a lot of stretches and exercises to keep the rotator cuff balanced to enable range of pain free motion. Given the weather, it could be arthritis. Good luck with it.
