- Arriving back from the dentist wasn't what Mazzy was expecting as they did more work on her teeth than expected. As Mazzy struggles through the pain and can hardly talk Dan takes over the talking with birthday wishes for his mum and a parcel which solves all the Trolls camera problems.

Feel for you both at the moment. Two years ago i had a double hernia operation and at the same time my wife had a torn knee ligament 3 days before our granddaughters christening. Wouldn't like that again. Hope you both feel better soon x

Hope the tooth extraction pain has sorted itself out, its better in the long run if it needed to come out so worthwhile in the end. Interesting point on you guys watching them back, I never really thought of that. You must be fed up of your days by the time you've lived it two or three times with the editing etc. Happy. birthday Dan's mum!

I have two GoPro Hero 8s that I use when I video my self sculpting.. Voice command is amazing.. The both turn on and both start recording with a voice command.. Makes it easy to combine two videos into one for my Channel..
I found I have to just pull the battery out a little bit.. when done.. because sometimes the camera will pop on.. Also, I had the original Batteries start to swell a bit, which made it hard to insert in the cameras.. I have the same battery charger.. and it's a plus..
Sorry Mazzy you had to go through all this pain.. Nothing worse, than a tooth going bad or being pulled. But eventually.. it will be well worth it.

I had to have a cracked molar pulled once and there was absolutely no pain or swelling at all. I was amazed at how dental pain control had advanced since I was a kid. I thought the dentist had damaged a nerve or something.

How your mom has a great birthday Dan. If there were kids around scaring my visitors and birds, the poison ivy idea is great. I really feel for Mazzy, sometimes it's better to have the tooth pulled than try and save it. Hope you'll both be 100% soon and on to take us all with you to your next adventure.

Oh, poor Mazzy. 💜Jenny knows what that's like. Go and have a good lie down. I had the Ulanzi metal cage for the Hero 8, thought it was too heavy, so got the Ulanzi plastic one. I also had problems with the GoPro Mic Adapter then got the media mod for the Hero 10. It's never ending this vlogging gear game. Interesting to see how you get on with the Ulanzi cage.

I feel for you Mazzy. It’s no fun having a tooth taken out. At least that one won’t give you any more problems. Neither you or Dan have had it easy lately. You have one another, to help get through the not so good times. Love is always being there for each other, no matter what life brings your way. I can see that there is lots of love and respect going on there Dan and Mazzy. Hang on in there, there are sure to be better times ahead. The sound and picture quality is so much better, as clear as a bell.Talking of MOT tests , my vehicle is due one, plus a service, within the next month. The joys of motoring! It doesn’t do if your beer supply runs too low Dan. I always make sure that I have enough in, it’s a man thing! I hope your Mum had a Happy Birthday. On another note I am originally from Co Durham & my wife keeps telling me I’m cheap so I told her I had Yorkshire to the south & Scotland to the North so obviously I’m going to be cheap.

Hope you are feeling much better today Mazzy. Regarding the microwave. It is probably a combination oven and microwave. I had one and used to put metallic racks in mine and use the machine on microwave and bake or microwave and roast etc. You shouldn't have any problem. Keep vlogging.

Hello! Poor Mazzy! Know how you feel! I've had teeth pulled it's no fun! The thing that helped me was warm salt water rinses and using clove oil. They were the only things that helped! Awe, Mazzy. I know you wanted to keep your tooth, but since it is the back tooth, no one will notice, you wont notice it as well and you are going to be so happy knowing no more pain. I had the same problem with my back tooth. Lots of pain. When they told me I should have it pulled or worked on, I yelled at them to TAKE IT OUT!!!! LOL. I didn't notice it being gone and no one can tell!! Oh, and the narcotics they gave me helped the pain wonderfully! LOL

Have you had a look at the GoPro Volta, its well worth getting, since I got mine I have not changed a battery once.. AND on the Rode mike, where the thumb wheel is, there are grooves to attach the wire so the mike does not bounce up and down, and if that makes no sense let me know, and I will film it to show.. . I have been using the media mike, and TBH its not been that bad. The rig you have now is pretty much how I was set up for the Hero 7 Black.
The volta is too heavy and short for us.

All microwaves are made out of metal. That is what the microwaves bounce off of. The glass in the door has metal mesh laminated in it that keeps the microwaves from escaping. The metal has to be there to stop the microwaves from leaking out and cooking you and everything else within range.
Hi Dan glad you went for the ulanzi case they are so much better is the small microphone you’ve ordered the edutarge 001 which I recommended which is omni directional they are great for such a small microphone love mine , the sound sounds so much better on this video.
