Recently discovered my father was Basque. My son is a drummer (percussionist) and his first year in college joined a student led percussion group; they use anything BUT actual drums (garbage cans, buckets, wood chairs etc). He was mesmerized.. "must just be in my blood mom". ❤🙂🥰
My Nana was RH negative blood I discovered the connection through dreaming of the Mother Mari.. I paint her she comes to me... Iseralites... White Bahamian....
I think I might have tracked down where you’re from originally. The Luri people of Iran. As you know Lur in the Basque language means Earth. These people are not Muslims and are a Semi Nomadic People. You need to learn all you can about them. They speak 5 different dialects of the Lurrian language. Mostly Middle Persian. I have looked at some of the place names in Iran like Hormuz which is an Island and at one time was a very hearty trading place. If you look it up in Basque it means On The Wall. There is a Utube video of Lurrian Music also and the Drumbeat is almost exactly the same as yours the music is middle Eastern but the beat is yours! They have a video of the Luri people also and they look exactly the same as you! Please check this out! The DNA of these people is R1b1 and J same as you!

The language is co-official in the Basque Country (Spanish side) with the spanish.
My early heritage is Basque I'm learning so much from a beautiful people and country
I'm basque. Thanks a lot for this video. Eskerrik asko!!
Musically amazing, but I really loved the little boy in the blue shirt in the background moving along with the music.
Excelente, tuve oportunidad de escucharlos en Balmaseda en 1999!!!!
Who needs Rock when you have Wood?
You can have both. Just listen to Oreka TX for example, they even played a txalaparta made of ice.
Marvelous ... the music that there is in everything if you know how to bring it out ...
Melodious music, love from india
Maraming salamat po! Gracias! Merci beaucoup! Arigato!!
Basque the first thought to be the first peoples to settle in Europe. Their culture language and DNA is very different then most of Europe's.
Not exactly, the Basques are genetically Western Europeans, 85% R1b, they only kept the language from previous steppe invasions
If somebody was going to write a song, for BASQUE BUILDERS? I would use THIS song!:-). KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!:-).
Wow. My wife Basco is a filipina but this really resonates!
Yeah Filipina doesn’t count.
how can i write the rhythm, this has it all pitch, velocity, performance, poly rhythm, percussion and piano techniques
You can adapt a traditional 5 bar staff to this easily, just assign the voices, then accents etc, sounds like fun project!
Love it! Sounds like a cross between Santana, Weather Report, and Al di Meola. I enjoyed every last second of this jam.
VIVA LOS BASQUES!
You should say "gora euskadunak" ;) (Greetings from Basque Country)
*euskaldunak

I maybe a basque , because I like this sounds ( Oyarvide )
Oyarvide (or Oyarbide) is definitely a basque surname no doubt.
@@Nagrandt Oyarbide su traducción sería: Olhar (cabaña) bide (camino) camino de la cabaña. english: hut road.

Beautiful
It is very like korean traditional music jajinmori. Rythme De Coreen
Only basques can feel this and know what it means. A real basque would say “who’s coming” it was used as a warning to nearby basques

Ojalá una cover de darude sandstorm en Txalaparta. Esta canción que se improvisan se parece un poco a ratos. Ojalá más commitment
Fairy initiation music..
if there's a rock music, is this considered wood music?
This sounds like the intro to AKIRA! I guess Japanese monks used something similar.
