@@kexx_communityartist thank you. So funding is for short term (1 year or less) discrete projects and not for a CIC in itself. That is why funding is applied for each year. That makes it clear to me now.
What do you think of getting a security project for families with children with autism issues? Could i get this idea started without giving up my idea?

Giving food packages to the homeless gets you funding for the first year only. Can you explain why please?
That’s not true a project can’t get funding year after year
