Creating Warm, Ambient Synth Pads on the Line 6 Helix

This patch is meant to make any instrument capable of covering the kind of part you'd expect a warm pad-type synth tone to do. It uses the autoswell / echo legacy block, the particle verb for a freeze effect, and a few other reverbs, delays and modulations. It's a very DSP-heavy preset but it all still fits even on the smaller HX Stomp devices. With less effects, it'd also fit in the ambient guitar realm.

hi do any of the preset bundle work in native? thanks!
I got them all but cannot figure out how to use the pad/synth ones. I’m using a helix LT and either no sound comes out or it’s just very low sputters distorted tone. I tried the Metheny one and a few others. The electric guitar amp ones work fine.
Hey Andy - just sent you an email. What you’re describing sounds like the synth blocks reacting to two or more notes. The synth blocks are extremely stubborn and monophonic. It takes a bit of practice to learn to play with them.
Very nice - on the main output what did you set the level to? I don't think I saw that setting...
I try to set up all of my patches to be at roughly equal volume without making any adjustments to the level parameter in the output block. It’s set to 0.0db so there’s plenty of room to go both up and down, depending on other presets that people might be using.
