I loved your presentation of the norwex mop & accessories! I have had this system for a few years but have never really learned how to use it properly. Now I can’t wait to get to it! Thanks for sharing!
Yay!! I'm so glad to hear this!! You will LOVE your mop!!! Knowing how to use it correctly definitely helps! 😍
I totally love the mop, but realistic not many ppl will invest $100 on a mop, may I suggest this is fine either way, but the mop is awesome!! I have it, and the mop heads have literally cut my Cleaning job time in half, I own a cleaning business, and I do 3/5 homes a day, my sister turned me on to Norwex, I must say " I love EVERYTHING" I love it so much I got involved in selling it..
Peeps these mop heads though are affordable, and a must, ppl have a hard time believing they clean w/ out any product other than the pads, and water, remember they are not your regular mop pads,
So I suggest this, use the mop pads, mop a very dirty floor, after you are done, grab a white cloth, or paper towels and go over a small are that you just mopped,,, 😘you might just be surprised!!
Great video answered my questions!!!💯🌹

Having such a hard time believing just water can get my filthy floors clean! What is the secret?
I have the mop. Now I need the brush mop. Love all your videos
Yes! You'll love the Rubber Broom, Nancy!! So glad my videos have been helpful!
Oh my goodness this helped me so much!
I'm so glad it was helpful, Abi!!💕 Have a great week!
Like what Kathleen S Rasmussen said about learned how to use it properly and that goes for me. Also, am glad this video have CC YAY!!!
I had this and gave it to Lacy to use cause she has more hard wood floors then me and loves it.
What a sweet gift to her!! :) I imagine she is loving it!!!! 💕
Love Love my norwex mop
Love it!!! Thanks for sharing!!! It truly is the best mop ever, isn't it?!
Wish you had demo'd hooking the envirowand onto the mop handle.
Great feedback- I'll try to remember to include that in my next mop video! :)
Thank you so much
Absolutely! Happy it is helpful! :)
Great video! So informative! I needed a lesson on how to use my mop system and this helped me so much! Can't believe I'm saying this but can't wait to get cleaning! Thank you!
Ruth Lee I’m so glad it was helpful!!! Happy Cleaning!!! 🤗
Do you allow other consultants to use your videos? I am brand-new and we are currently remodeling our floors so at the moment I have nothing but the splintery base floor and area rugs. I don't have anywhere to demo it yet.
You are welcome to share my public videos by using the youtube share link. We're excited to have you part of Norwex!
@@SonyaEckel thank you so much
So, show how it cleans other surfaces? Nobody seems to be doing that. ACTUAL cleaning demos.
Question, i use the tile mop attachment for my tile but I'm moving to a new home with enhanced vinal plank. Can i used the tile mop on the new flooring or will it scratch my vinal floors?
Rachel, I would expect that it'll be fine on your vinyl flooring, as well, but as with all cleaners, Norwex always recommends testing on a small, inconspicuous area first. :) I have used the tile mop pad very successfully on vinyl without issue, but check the manufacturers guidelines, as well. :) Congrats on your new home!
It works great on tile plank flooring
Hi Sonya, I was fortunate to win one of the Norwex Mop. I see you only spray water to clean the flooring. My question is can you saturate the Blue mop cloth? It obviously is too long for an upright bucket. So what is the best way to do this? Am moving to vinyl flooring in my lounge and really want to get this right and make the most of my mop. TIA>
Hi Avril! :) How blessed are you to win the MOP!!! :) Yes, I wet the blue wet mop pad (or darker pink in the Nordic Naturals mop system) under running water and then put it under my mop. I carry a spray bottle to "re-wet" it if I'm mopping large areas. For wood or laminate, I don't recommend it as wet as for tile or vinyl. When it gets dirty, take it over to the sink, rinse it under running water, scrubbing the fibers against itself, rinse and wring out well and keep mopping. If you have wood floors, start there with a less wet mop pad and then when it's more wet after rinsing it out, go on to the tile floors. :)
Thank you Sonya will give this a go.
@@avrilreid6998 Sounds great!!! Keep us posted!
Do they still have a broom you described?
The Rubber Broom is no longer in the product line-up. We do hope Norwex will bring it back soon! :)
First you said not to put them in the washer and dryer. Then you said it was ok? I’m confused, did I miss something?
Where do you buy those Maps
You can purchase online at www.DetoxOurHomes.com :)
can you launder the mop heads with other laundry?
We do! If they are super dirty, I'd then recommend hand rinsing out the most of the dirt before throwing in laundry.

Avez-vous des vidéos en français
@Johanne, I wish I could speak French & could do French videos! But no, I do not have my videos in French. :) Thanks for watching!
I tried mine on my laminate floor by just spraying pad and NOTHING came off!! I have some scruff marks and a few dried coffee droplets and I went over them and nothing even budged. What am I doing wrong??
Hi Trish! I'm so sorry that I missed your comment until now. I use the dry mop pad first to dust/ sweep. And then wet the blue mop pad with water, roll it and wring it out. Then mop with that- that should remove the coffee drops, I would expect. I sometimes add a little pressure with my foot on top of the mop base if it's a stubborn spot. As for the scuff marks, the ball at the top of the mop handle is helpful for removing those from the floor. I hope these tips help! Don't hesitate to email me if I can be of further help: sonyaeckel at gmail. com
@@SonyaEckel Hi! I have a large tiled sunroom. How often should I rinse the Norwex tile mop with water? It seems like after a few swipes on the floor the tile doesn’t doesn’t look wet, so I’m constantly taking the cloth off and getting it wet again. I’m I doing something wrong?
💖👍😊
Awe, thanks for the love, Shanna!!!!
What if u don't use a dryer
It should work to hang dry. 🤗
Why not a real demonstration?
I think folks would like to see actual cleaning.
Thanks for watching, Judith! :) My main goal with this video is showing people how to use the mop system, but I agree... it's always powerful to see it cleaning up a real mess! Maybe this little clip will be helpful: ua-cam.com/video/syxnNmqgvh8/v-deo.html Have a great week!
This is a good video but I didn't see her wet the blue pad at all.
You're right- I had pre-wetted it with water prior to the video in the effort to keep the video more succinct. :) Hope it was helpful despite not showing the specific part.
you have to be barefoot to mop?
LOL! Absolutely! ;) Thanks for watching!
Wow, what a TROLL... Sonya, that was a classy reply❤
@@jlynn8843 you are more rude than me. Actually I used my wife's mop in my socks. Ended up with wet socks. Now I see why she's barefoot. Also a comment on a video usually mean they watched it. So even "seemingly rude" comments are good to have. One more thing J Lynn: you are a TROLL and a LURKER. You have a name and offer no content on youtube or you have multiple profiles if you do. This isn't a sugar coated world with everyone only offering good thoughts. I actually watch this video for tips. Don't like the product as its too expensive (sams club has a $15 model) It doesn't clean big jobs. Isn't for real dirty floors as its a nuisance to keep removing the head to rinse, ring and reapply. Its for people that keep their floors clean and likely mop at least once a day. Me with dirty feet, 3 dogs living in rural america, I need a mop. Sorry. Like I say, this has its place, just not in my house.
Our home is around 3100 square feet. One story. How many pads do we need to clean the house
Mauro Garza you only need one mop, you can use and rinse the pad repeatedly, you could get extra mop pads if you want. If you’d like more information I’d be happy to speak with you.
My wife bought the mop. It doesn’t extend or get shorter. There is no one to replace the mop that came defective. Doesn’t work. Total rip-off!!!
Hi Bob! I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulty adjusting the handle height. Can I make a couple suggestions? Try stepping on the base with one foot on each side of the mop handle base. Then turn (very firmly) the handle to the left ("leftie loosey, righty tighty" still rings in my ears from my youth). Usually this will do the trick!
If not, be sure to reach out to Norwex as mops (that have been purchased through a Norwex consultant) come with a 2 year warranty and the company is excellent at taking care of their customers! :) Please reach out to me directly if you need more assistance. 319 270 7822
With that said, the mop is my FAVE!!! It has made cleaning my floor SO much faster, easier and I love that there's no sticky residue or streaks left behind! I hope you figure out the handle, but if not, definitely give Norwex (1-866-450-7499) or your Norwex Consultant a call to help you with the replacement.
