    • Ridge Gourd / Torai - 250 gm
    • Green chili - 2
    • Ginger - ½ inch piece
    • Flax seeds, black &
    white sesame seeds - 1.5 tbsp
    • Fresh coriander leaves - handful
    • Oil - 1.5 tbsp
    • Mustard seeds - ¼ tsp
    • Cumin seeds - ¼ tsp
    • Hing powder - 1/8 tsp
    • Tomato - 1
    • Curry leaves - 1 sprig
    • Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
    • Red chili powder - ½ tsp
    • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
    • Jaggery - 1 tsp
    • Salt - as per taste
    • Fresh coconut - 1 tbsp
    • Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
    • Lemon juice - ½ tsp
