My son and DIL bought land in La Vernia and will be building their forever home next year through D&D. We'll be living with them in their new MIL quarters. If things change, we would like to move into the same area. Time will tell.
Haha. I wouldn’t even classify that as hay. We’ve been in a drought the last couple years here. A lot of the grass isn’t growing around the south side of and south east of town so it looks very dead unless the builder installs sod. It’s also pictures from the construction site which will have all the grass torn up.
Oh yeah I understand! Especially in some of the areas like La Vernia, there are tons of stickers and hard core weeds that even goats probably wouldn’t touch though.
