Many of these MPV especially Alphard are driven by PHV or Tiong Kok Kow but this behavior are often associated with Tiong Kok kow coz this is how the way they drive in Tiong Kok.
In the past, this kind of cutting in and out was illegal and punishable with a fine but now LKY is no longer here and so is this law and so all the PHVs do these actions regularly with audacity and are not caring or embarrass of causing inconvenience or even deaths to others
