Have to agree with these items. Especially a written process of the build and interaction with the customer. Ask at what stages are there inspections of work, are the inspections done per a written procedure and checkpoint of what to review. You don't want someone who goes by the seat of their pants.I'd also ask what are conflict resolution plans and whom to speak with if you have issues with the superintends actions , procedures or resolution of your concerns with the build. In any critical line of work, there are procedures written to follow. They are written to make sure errors that have occurred in the past, do not occur again and mostly to ensure a successful end product that maximizes benefit for both the customer and the company.

Great question. I would be in direct contact with the builder. Realtors are a great asset when purchasing an existing home, but have found over the years the construction process is somewhat foreign to them. If they are involved in the transaction, have them alongside to help counsel you through the journey.
