Or is there any limit cards can give attack sorry i dont understand haha
Thank you! The skill with the same name won't stack. For example, in your set you have 2 skills with Power Rise 3, so it will only pick one Power Rise 3 effect that has the highest value. In your case, it will only activate one 660 attack. But if you have a skill with Power Rise 3 and Power Rise 4, you will get both attack stats increase because they have different number. Hope that make sense.

Shall i pull on this banner or save it for bag grab or mod banner? Also just a question...is Fullburst the new meta ? Like in in terms of dmg, is it superior than Mod skills? Like i see alot of people using fullburst skill , i have no idea gow to meet requirements etc etc and also how to amplify damage or understanding of modifiers . Would be awesome if there's any video explaining it .

If you don't have a fullburst skill, I suggest to do 1 rotation on it since all fullburst skill are new, so they are all really strong at the moment

I got the full burst lizbeth and a full burst passive in one rotation. How does full burst passive work ? How to activate it?
If you equip a fullburst active skill and fullburst passive in the set, you get 1 more chance to use your fullburst skill
