..Never boring at USAFE Ramstein Air Base..!! So much variety of aircraft landing and take off..!! Even now and than some fighter aircraft.. I remember the time that I was there as a plane spotter, one day in August of 1998, I saw in the first five minutes two Lockheed C-5 B Galaxy landing and later on a Royal Netherlands Air Force McDonnell Douglas KDC-10, in the old white colour, made some approach practicing before heading home to Eindhoven Airport.. The three McDonnell Douglas KDC-10 are been replaced by the Airbus A330-200 MRTT.. I am also saw an Evergreen Boeing 747-400 landing and later take off.. And ofcourse a bunch of Lockheed/Boeing C-17 Globemaster III.. Some real great living memories..!! 👍👍
Most probably a bad bogie dampner. I guarantee they heard it bouncing around and wouldn't be surprised if there was some damage to the pitch actuator or something else in the wheel well. Definitely not supposed to do that.
Some great video here. I'm a retired aircraft mechanic in the US and to see the C-17's spoilers from behind was eye-opening for me. Never seen that view. Thanks, keep up the good videos.
Excellent video shots. The tight close up focusing on wheels up is first class. and the follow through shots as the planes move away after showing detailed close ups. Keep up the good work.
Great compilation with succinct and informative text supporting good footage - easily the best plane spotting work I've seen (too many calling the KC135 a 707 etc.) - with sincere appreciation from way down in NZ. I hope there's more to come
Super Qualität und tolle Kameraführung. Selten in YT.
and how on earth do you keep the camera so perfectly locked on to the planes? is this the camera or post production? Sorry I don't know anything about cameras :)
One of the coolest things in aviation is watching the gear retract on a C5. Such great footage!
I thought the same thing!
No doubt, best quality footage that I've seen of that.
Big tires line dancing ! 😎
Thank you very much for your support! Stay safe and healthy!
Do you live in the area? I grew up nearby in Queidersbach
Thank YOU for the amazing videos!
Great Work! The quality is the best you can find on youtube.
Thank you very much Mats!

Your camera work is just a whole other level compared to other plane channels! What great work! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you very much for your kind words and feedback! We really appreciate it!
Wow! No words - this is the art of filming aircraft! Amazing work - amazing feeling for aesthetics! Big respect!
Always love seeing the Israeli Air Force 707s! They come to Prestwick every so often. JT3D power!
I love just listening.
I LOVE the upper gear doors on the C-17 that allow the struts to tuck into the sides of the fuselage. A fantastic piece of engineering indeed.

3:38 what's wrong with that C-5s landing gear?
The wheels rotate through 90 ° as they're raised, they seemed to be just wobbling a bit
@@AndreiTupolev I know that they rotate. But I think thats not "just wobbeling a bit"^^
@@karachokarsten6456 It was waving for the camera.
First time I ever saw this!

Absolutely loved the video mate! Great job as always! 👌🏻

Fantastic footage as always, can't wait to buy the RX10 :)
Thank you Mate!! 👍
@@FRAproductions You welcome!
After the Israeli KC, did they check the runway for dents?
Love your videos. As a prior C5 guy, it's always nice seeing ol'FRED taking off or landing in ETAR.
Thank you very much! We really appreciate that! The C-5 in action is indeed an interesting and nice view.
That 707 flaps are beautiful
Amazing! As always...
Thank you very much mate!
Those long runway departure shots of the C17s and C5s were magnificent and also showing the gear retraction sequences. Overall, awesome work!
WOW...The video you take is beyond AMAZING ...SUPER clear .. the different shots ...INCREDIBLE ..Thank you Sir :)
Thank you so much mate! We really appreciate that!
12:23 that's one hard landing ❤
Beautiful video 😍😍
I think this is the best aviation video i have ever watched! The camera work is bang on, You can even see the flight crew!! Subbed and liked 👍
Want to go to Ramstein for a day in the next couple of weeks, hopefully I'll see some good stuff as you did!
Splendid video!
These are some of the best visuals of aircraft I've ever seen, your great location and excellent optics make for amazing video. Thank you.
Israeli AF pilot: makes hard landing
Ryanair: You're hired!
True story :D

C-17's spoilers from behind was eye-opening for me. Never seen that view. Thanks, keep up the good videos.
Note the silhouette of a P-38 Lightning on the tail of the McGuire C-17A.. Base was named after P-38 ace Tommy McGuire.
A great pleasure to watch videos of such quality, thank you!
19:55 weird hushkits on Gulfstream 3!!!!!
Amazing tracking. So smooth.
Thank you very much!
The reverse thrusters in action at 19:51 was beautifully satisfying..... great catches btw, all of them.
Really enjoy watching these from ETAR, each one I watch leaves me looking forward to the next one
Thank you very much! Glad you enjoy it!
The Apache had a hellfire loaded :D
Nice :p
Awesome work sir. Gentle finger tip to palm applause with subtle nods of approval.
I saw a lot of these when I was a youngster, even more of these than I did regular aircraft!
The C-5s were outfitted with the newer quieter engines. Kinda liked the old engines sound with that turbine whine.
Excellent video shots. The tight close up focusing on wheels up is first class. and the follow through shots as the planes move away after showing detailed close ups. Keep up the good work.
Fantastic camera skills, fantastic editing amazing footage once again, DANKE SCHÖN, merci beaucoup un pur moment de plaisir....
amazing! I've never been able to see modern military aircraft in real life like this video
There are many bounces and the power is amazing!
Brilliant footage. Many thanks.

Great filming, especially on the C-5 gear retraction 😎😎😎
Neat wheat. Great views of the C-5 take offs
The re engined C5's are alot quieter than the original models. GREAT camera work.
Your videos are so awesome! Very nicely done!
Fantastical quality, number 1 aviation channel.
Just amazing as always. So enjoyable to watch.
Wow, great gear shot.
The 707 in 11:45 is approaching with 3 engines. It is possible to see the lack of smoke and air inlet doors. WOW
Fantastic video. One of the best on youtube. I love your channel, keep up the good work. I would love visit Ramstein one day.
excellent tracking shots, super smooth
Excellent videoing mate.
Nice to see an Apache in there. I've flown in there many times hoping to make it on one of your videos.
great video, that was a carrier landing done by that 707 driver
That was so cool to see a 707 again. I didn’t know any were still in the air!
