Nice dude! Say man, I rode out there about a month or two ago. You aren't lying about the guardrails though. Definitely some really sketchy looking corners when riding it. That seems like a damn decent lap time to me. Takes me me like 3 mins on my Ninja 400, but I don't have much track time yet.. You were hitting some good speeds on those short straights bro!
Excellent track showcase and video. For what it's worth, this is a fantastic camera angle, I get all the information I need. Thanks for this video. I hope to get my bike on a track some day!
I didn't know you were riding that weekend, I would have come said hi! I even have a similar pic as 4:48 while also chasing Stacey haha. I was on the burgundy ZX-4RR. Love your channel!
I've been down there plenty, but realistically Texas doesn't have the best roads; this is why I drive 15 hours one way sometimes twice a year to go to the TN/NC/GA mountains.
I had a Michelin Power Cup 2 read (love it), and a worn Continental ContiTrack front, which was great when new, but didn't inspire much confidence here. Maybe it's just in my head
@CubanRider if I had a,mechanic to run my shop, id be down asap, but I can't find a good mechanic 😢😭. Hopefully next season I'll get to travel more, im thinking about buying a sprinter in the next few weeks...
I rarely get to see myself get dusted at such high resolution! Great video.
😂 we all get dusted at some point, the range of skill in this sport is huge. Where were you in the video?
Great video! You have me committed to track riding! I’m in Austin and D2 is a few hours away!

Nice! I kept to myself with all the GoPro issues I was experiencing, I need to go around and socialize more.
@@CubanRider Hope your next trackday goes smoother! Here's an onboard of a lap I did that weekend: ua-cam.com/video/SgRXBMa9tFI/v-deo.html
Great video. 👍The barriers with the air fence installed is still safer the mountain roads.
No doubt!
Sweet track.I have never ridden on a road track.I think i need to give it go.Forty five years of being a canyon squid.Enjoyed your video.
This is great Cuban! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching!
I'm leaning with you lol
I’ll be there at G2 in a few weeks. It be cool to see ya. Never I’ll be in the novice class learning my new bike.
Awesome, really fun track to get your speed on.
Great vid! Bike sounds great! Ride safe…
Awesome video as always.
Nice riding Cuban
Thanks!
It was great riding with you!
Likewise!
Looks fantastic CR 👍🏻
Thanks man 🤙
Good track 😮😮
Love me some Cuban Rider vids! Is your S1KR BT-moto tuned?
Yes it is! I didn't feel the difference much until I rode an all stock bike. I can bring a bit of a fight to those RRs now. 😉
Do you ride the hill country at all with your bike? Between Waxahachie and Austin the riding is amazing just about everywhere.
I've been down there plenty, but realistically Texas doesn't have the best roads; this is why I drive 15 hours one way sometimes twice a year to go to the TN/NC/GA mountains.
@@CubanRider have you ridden in the Ozarks at all?
Like!
✌
Which tires you ride on here?

How much does a track day run you down there?
It ranges from $185 at Hallett, OK to $340 at G2, to $600 at COTA.
@@brianhaygood183 lol COTA I knew, been there, the others not so much. Thanks dude
Daaamn thats a big track!!!! 3.4 miles!!!!! I need to get out there!!!🤘🏽🤘🏽🔥🔥🔥

@@Antprilia. Would love to join you on a track day. Maybe we'll get to do one together near you.
@CubanRider hit me up if you decide to do a tra k day in my neck of the woods, I'll join!!!!🤘🏽🤘🏽
Only thing I'm not crazy about is the Armco. There's not much run off either. But it looks like fun.
