Please keep doing Shambhavi Mahamudra regularly. You can practice Upa yoga, it's available on UA-cam. Make use of Sadhguru App, do isha kriya. Practicing daily without a break is the key just do this one thing, rest will fall in place.
I am so jealous. Looks like only ppl of means can do SG brand yoga. I am not from the slums, educated, but not necessarily able to afford their prices. Really love the message though . Really makes sense. Too bad it's priced for upper class only

BC it is real. The more sad I am that I seem unable to save enough. I live in US and those prices are steep even for here. I can't imagine India. Only upper middle class and up, I suppose? SG, SG....
