CONGRATULATIONS Danny, on joining the 100 up club...you did yours the hard way...i was lucky enough to be part of the Ireland Tournaments every year when i was a lot younger...and yours is a greater level of achievement than mine (and similar others), as you have had to work for your fish...all we had to do in the "old days" was to bucket in the bait and then pull the bream out....NICE ONE Matey....Keep the vids coming Dany...
thank you very much dave mould, having grown up on the local canals and rivers and lakes and being fairly new to commercials i have to say i would take your net over this any day of the week, great fishing mate
cheers mucka, no problem at all loving making them at the mo its added another dimension to the blog for sure. Opened my eyes this session to feeder fishing i never thought it could be as frantic as that! you always think of it as a wait between bites sort of tactic.
welcome to the club Danny it's a great feeling isn't it pal 👍 . but a massive congratulations on the silver's to there was some bonny fish there pal . Cheers Andy watts
cheers andrew, yes there are some quality silvers in there for sure, in all the lakes, madly enough no one seems to bother with them, A session in winter on there would be interesting
lmao mark it was so funny when my mate called me over, best part was the fact he hooked it with his hook on the hoook that was on the rod in the water, the chances of that!!!
Going fishing tomorrow at a quarry pit not far away. Plenty of F1s and carp in there so will be trying pellet wag with a las-soo hair rig as opposed to a band. I think las-soo's are better because , A, the fish don't see the line round the pellet, whereas a band is more visible, and B, bands do tend to perish and break while you put the pellet on. I might do what Danny did here and fish for sivers first, there are some lovely roach in the water, and chub up to 6lb. Then pellet wag later on.
