Thank you. While recording the popup is still needed. You have to select a path and filename. When you execute the vbs file / script the popup won't appear. Please check once again the settings shown in the video.
Thank you so much. Highly appreciated. The excel file is automatically opened because of the SAP export. You can close the excel file afterwards using the Workbook.Close method in VBA or with Win Shell. If you want to export the SAP data in background I recommend to use ABAP. Therefore you can use ABAP2XLSX: ua-cam.com/video/eQ0gJzpfvrc/v-deo.htmlfeature=shared
Can you show how to export the data to a specific shared folder using Ad-hoc Query Private File option on selection screen? I want setup schedule job to output the data on a weekly basis. Thanks in advance 🤝
Good idea. I can create a video about ad-hoc query in the future. In the meantime have a closer look at those videos: SAP Query - Create a Transaction Code for an SAP Query ua-cam.com/video/n_BiZaC0cUg/v-deo.html Easily set up background job in SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA - SM36 and SM37 ua-cam.com/video/4eHlIlnx5ds/v-deo.html You can also set up the SAP Query report as an job in the transaction SM37 to execute it weekly.

Nice guide! Thank you. Is there a way to disable Excel auto-opening here? For example, if I'm saving 100 Excel files in a loop.
Thank you so much. Highly appreciated.
