    Yep best Big Man in the league his combination of post moves, athletic ability, size, strength, 80 plus percent free throw shooter, shot blocking I could go on and on. He could win DPOY and be close to 30 PPG. Just needs to learn how to keep his body together and turn the ball over less. Those in my eyes are his only two weaknesses. Because AD and him have around the same 3 point percentage and he makes them at a high enough clip that so many people jump at his pump fake.

    I think it's in between Jokic and Embid. Jokic is a better ball-handler, but Embiid is the better scorer

    • @beedebawng2556
      @beedebawng2556 5 років тому +1

      Jokic is definitely not a better ball handler. Jokic just handles the ball more because that is the role he plays on his team. If Embiid handled the ball more, he would literally have to take the ball out of Simmons' hands.
      Embiid's dribbling skills are actually superior to Jokic's.

    • @xfactor2094
      @xfactor2094 5 років тому +3

      Jokic is not even a close to Embiid in terms of defense. There is literally a highlight reel of him fouling because he can't get back on defense.

    • @drmg735

      What, you’re saying Embiid is In between Jokic and himself?

    • @0608jeff
      @0608jeff 5 років тому +1

      Jokic is better at:
      1. Playmaking: only Arvydas Sabonis was on his level when it comes to passing big men, he has better awareness on avoiding turnovers, and his passing and scoring feed off each other
      2. Shooting: slightly softer shooting touch, more consistent on 3s, does benefit off more open shots as he doesn't have Ben Simmons choking the lane for him
      The two are about as good at:
      1. Scoring near the basket: neither of them miss much when they get their favored attempts within 10 feet of the rim, tho Joel is more willing to try more difficult shots as the Sixers often have spacing problems
      Embiid is better at:
      1. Defense: Jokic actually is quite smart on D as long as he doesn't have to step out, but that can be exploited more and he often has to foul to prevent fast breaks or open layups. Joel is a much more athletic run & jump athlete, knows where to be at all times, and does a much better job against quicker guys/shooters, he also intimidates more in the paint.
      2. Drawing fouls: Jokic is almost as strong, but Embiid is more active about taking advantage of a physical matchup, he takes a bigger toll on the opposing big men's stamina and quota of fouls.
      Conclusion: Jokic is a slightly better offensive player, but Joel is a much better defender/2-way player. Overall I prefer Joel just by a little bit, but choosing one of them really depends on what your team needs, if your team needs a defensive anchor and bully in the lane, Jo is the pick. If you don't have a good playmaker to run the offense, you need Nik. They would be impossible to guard if played on the same team.

      I think ppl knock on them for different reasons
      1. Simmons can't shoot, doesn't improve, and seems to lack the passion to really fulfill his potential and step up in big moments.
      2. Embiid likes to trash talk, most people either love or hate it.
      3. The whole team is overflowing with talent, but they get held back from their potential because the coach isn't creative and Simmons can't shoot, thus they had many games in which they blew big leads.
