    To guys that are still working on hand hops
    TICK YOUR KNEES TO YOUR CHEST AND YANK!
    the closer you have your knees to your chest, the more momentum you can get to get to kick UP. also, take it slowly…don't just try and push with your had and hop as many times as you can.
    peace!

    Nice! I would just advice people to train this kind of skill on both side(from the beginning) in order to get more symmetrical skills and keep the body symmetrical ...otherwise can cause you some injuries in the future...
    also cause after this you can just play more with it!

    @Elephant_Thoughts 10 років тому

    Hey Pigmie, work on turning it to stable handstand so you can work on Airflaring out of them~
    --wait nevermind, I know what you'll be adding these into. Spinning hand hops! Keep it up! Powermover!

    Hey guys I have trouble starting my handhops one 1 arm. Usually when I kick up I balance alright but my bad leg form during the freeze throws me off balance. I can execute the freeze correctly if I go from two hands easier. I think the problems are I'm not getting my torso facing left soon enough and can't hold my legs in a correct manner above my body while facing left. Can someone help?

    • @chrisfuhs1529
      @chrisfuhs1529 9 років тому

      ∆KaiØGamer∆ Go into the freeze and immediately tuck in ur legs ( pull dem towards ur chest) then kick them out and tuck them in as fast as possible , try only 1 hop but clean

    • @Machoman720
      @Machoman720 10 років тому

      Try holding handstands against the wall for a bit. When you have that, just step into handstands, and work on it from there. When you go in, bend over, and go up into it.

    • @LaggersStation
      @LaggersStation 10 років тому

      Samuel Walker What should I do if i lean to far and fall over? Crunch in? Or is that a bad idea? lol

    • @Machoman720
      @Machoman720 10 років тому

      Mistuh Panduh That's the thing, is you probably won't fall over backwards unless you're stupid and don't know your own body weight. Haha, but yeah, try it with somewhat of an arch in your back, and crunch your legs down like an invert if you start to fall backwards and lean forward on your hands like a planche if you start to fall.

    • @LaggersStation
      @LaggersStation 10 років тому
