Most of those weapon items you got aren't lucky block things per se, they're from Minecraft dungeons, and the things you craft with them are the legendary variants, ps the broken saw blade is a chain saw, the mechanical one is just better. Please do a minecraft dungeons playthrough, it'll be fun and you'll see in just how many mods those weapons, items and armour are used.
38:03 It's because of how many hearts you had, the blast prot 3, and all the explosions happened at the exact same time so it only counted as one explosion. It still did 11 1/2 hearts though, so the confusion is warranted.
