The first time in both seasons 1 and 4 the song plays, crowler is despite being elitist as fun and showmany as jaden, and thus brings the joy out for him twice :)
Judai is probably the only YuGiOh protagonist who never achieved his dream. He instead decided to become more selfless and use his powers for the greater good. He grew up with us and became much more mature. That's why he's my favourite YuGiOh protagonist
Judai’s one of my favorite anime characters as well. Idk why but I like him more than the other ones (by that I mean Yugi and Yusei). Judai also got the most character development out of them all which is very interesting. Yugi got some, and Yusei had NONE 😂. But as for Judai, we’ve seen him grow a little more mature each time. Of all the 3 Yu-Gi-Oh characters, Judai is probably the most realistic one. All that hell he went through in season 3 and his Haou downfall is exactly like how a real life person would be: To go down the wrong path because you lost all hope so you choose the path of darkness thinking it’s the correct one so it grants you stronger powers, only for you to go murder people, rob a house/bank, cars, do drugs, etc. all until you get caught doing what you’re doing (okay, Judai didn’t get caught but he realized he was in the wrong for taking the path of darkness). Anyways, back to what I was saying, yeah you get caught doing all of that and now you have to face the consequences, which in the real world is jail time for idk however many years. Depends on how many crimes you committed. Now, years later and you’re finally released from prison but you’re still horrified by all that bad stuff you did and you get flashbacks at times and just can’t let go of them no matter how much you wish to. Which is where season 4 of GX comes in with a depressed looking Judai that’s just ready to end his life. That’s because he’s still haunted by all those crimes he committed during his reign as Haou and just can’t forgive himself for all the mass genocide that he caused. Yeah, after realizing that you tortured and killed thousands of innocent people with your OWN hands, how can you ever remain the same? If you can, then you’re a crazy person. The only way to atone for your crimes is to keep living on (by doing something good such as helping other people or do a donation, anything good works). You’ll still get flashbacks at times and horrified but you yourself caused that (even if it was never your intention). But, now that you realized, you’re slowly on your way to starting over in life as a “new person”, (still won’t clear your past mistakes though, but this is your 2nd chance for redemption). I think Judai’s redemption was him traveling the world and doing whatever he can to help other people. Well, there you have it. It was hella long but I explained why Judai is such a realistic anime character compared to Yugi and Yusei
@@mikethepokemaster2012 that have nothing to do with the posts above. They are saying jaden is the best protagonist even if gx isn’t the best jaden is easily the best yugioh character with the most development
@@mashn8328 Yup, agreed. Without a solid plot to muddy things up caring about where everyone is and why they aren't showing up, you get a lot more time to see into what the people are like. All those years...and NEVER realized this music was directly from the japanesse anime...it is also feature in the Yu-Gi-Oh Tag Force seires of games for the PSP.
Listening to this theme just reminded me of how Judai was always such a happy cheerful kid all the time who enjoyed dueling cuz they were fun. Those were the days

You proably met some bad people in that community, not everyone is like that in the ygo community. I remember my time spent in ygo locals i was greeted with a warm welcome and good memories. Like yeah competitive is toxic but thats normal in most competitive scenes and almost anything can be classified as toxic in competitive events.
Chronos:"I finally understand, I see... Parting ways with them was so painful because, as their professor, there is a multitude of things I have learned from them..." Judai: "Skyscraper's effect activates! If the ATK of an Elemental Hero is less than their opponent's, it raises their ATK by 1000 points!" Chronos: "I will also close the book on these three years... There are new steps that I must take as an instructor...
Honestly, my favorite part of this song is that I can hear little mistakes here and there, but they don't make the track sound worse, honestly they fit Jaden's character personally. He trips up, he stumbles, he makes mistakes time and time again, but he always picks himself back up and wins in the end, like a true hero.
It was always kind of awkward how the dub didn't use this piece despite all the video games keeping it. Anyway, I always get such a nostalgia burst from this theme. I remember hearing it the first time I ever saw Yugioh in Japanese and falling in love.
Kevin the Potato I think it's also an issue of money. By making their own music, they can get revenue from the foreign dubs that dub from the 4Kids dub. (like France, Germany, etc.)
I still come back to this video every now and then. Been feeling really nostalgic lately, and am definitely relating to Judai so much more lately when it comes to growing up and coming to terms with facing responsibilities head on. Thanks for the long loop, it's been helping me get by.
When I was younger I used to watch this series every weekend on Nickelodeon. Now than I am older I usually come back here to hear this song and remember old days when everything was superficial. It always make me feel happy and melancholic but I agree with a comment below that said: when this song start, I feel like everything is gonna be alright.
I love the dueal between Crowler and Judai in the 181(cannot remember each episode). It feels so nostalgic seeing how both of them had changed through the seasons.
***** while character wise the name suits but for the sake of conversations I think using "Crowler" is appropriate. Anyway, I really loved how both Judai and Cronos developed from the antagonistic professor to a professor who doesn't want his students to graduate because he'd miss them.
Uh, Joey was a dumbass that didn't know the rules of the card game by the end of the show and won because either the opponents were dumb, or he got an asspull. Jaden actually knows how to play the game.
Wanna hear something really sad ? This theme played only once in season 4, at the very last scene. This ost always plays when judai envoys the duel and is happy, makes his usual "gotcha, that was a fun duel". The fact that it plays only when he regains all his living joy makes it even better
It played also in the duel between Judai and Chronos when Judai used the Flame Wingman + Skuscraper to defeat Chronos just as he did in the first episode. Really one of the best duels in all Yu Gi Oh history
@@proto0265 yep, i rewatched season 4 since and I also heard it in the background of the duel between Sho and makoto. But yes, the duel between Judai and Chronos was just soo good
Y'all know that yugi mutou won that match. It is hinted to us by the fact that at the end he notes that yugi showed to him that he still had a lot to go before he reaches his peak of dueling strength. Also yuge having an unerfed egod on the feild. So he is not the king of games. Tbh gx was my second to least favourite series (I think you know the one that I hate the most) so I have a bit of a thing against. Also being bested to death by kaibaman (seto) shows that at best he could be in the top ten duelists (third if you are being fanciful, but that spot goes to Yusei, fourth goes to Jack) PLS REMEMBER THAT EVERYONE IS ENTITLED TO AN OPINION. It's just for me gx wasn't very fun to watch. I watched dm when I was young (when it first came out) so quite a bit of nostalgia hits home there. Gx was dull for me. And judais deck kinda sucks. His strategy is about flame wingman one of the worst fusion monsters with an effect thinking that it requires two! Garnets to bring out. I would prefer it if his whole deck was based around the masked hero's instead of the trash neo archetype. His theme is great though
@@Will-qv1vt not when judai used flute of summoning kuriboh against slifer so he got a chance to win the next turn with his awesome super poly demon tech
This song has a place in my heart; it is cheerful and makes you feel secure on what is happening. GX is good, but it was ruined by 4Kids. Anyway the japanese version is fantastic. The two moments i recall whenever i hear this are: the final duel Judai(Jaden) VS Chronos(Crowler) and Judai VS Saiou(Sartorius), especially when Neos attacks The Light Ruler.
De hecho creo que el desarrollo de Jaden se basa en eso, el debe madurar y dejar de ser un niño pero a la vez debe volver a divertirse como cuando era uno
Yeah same. I love Judai so much. He’s one of my favorite anime characters 😍❤️. And his Hero’s deck is just really good. He got all the strong monsters in there (not just counting Neos)
I love season 4 and how they ended it. People who didn't watch the season really missed out on a great story. It simply wraps up the season on how Jaden grew to be very mature.
"Im sending Neos, Grand Mole, Flare Scarab from my graveyard to my deck, TRIPLE CONTACT FUSION!, Appear, Elemental Hero Magma Neos!!!!" I really loved that specific moment, so full of self confidence!
I really really love this song When i was in high school like 2006 i saw this anime and it makes me love playing yugioh alot and im still playing hero deck in ygopro now im a father days move very fast i just heard this song again after i finished work. Hope peace for the world
So much nostalgia isn’t it? I’m here again after watching GX and finished it not too long ago. Back in seasons 1 and 2 when Judai was always such a happy and cheerful kid. Sad that by season 4, that Judai was gone 😭
What makes Judai/Jaden so great is that he'll play a fierce game while having the time of his life doing it. Gotta love funster characters like that. The Bonds Beyond Time Movie really took that contrast home. Always gonna be my top fav Yu-Gi-Oh! character.
Bring me back… Yu-Gi-Oh GX was just so laid back and really just one a of kind. Jaden, Elemental Heroes, and even his crew. Thanks for the memories and the nostalgic theme music.
For me, nothing beats the original Yu-Gi-Oh with Atem, Seto Kaiba, Yugi, and Jounouchi. That was the series that started it all, and how my love for the show began. But GX comes just as close. Yes, I do love it a lot but I still prefer original
I remember a time where I used to always enjoy video games and have fun, but there was a time after that where games became dull to me, I went through a lot during that time and it got me to be way too serious and complex about lots of stuff, I always thought about everything happening in the world and it would always get me down But now when I finally focused on playing a video game without thinking about other stuff, I felt that same fun that I had from when I was a kid surging through me now and I loved every second of it, I’ll always be thankful to Judai for demonstrating that it’s ok to loosen up and have fun, for that I won’t ever forget Yu-Gi-Oh GX and I’ll always make it a priority to have fun, that’s a promise that I’ll keep
Until season 3. That was when things fell apart and got so dark and serious to the point where Judai got so broken that he literally lost himself to the 闇 (darkness) in his heart and became Haou. Yeah, not funny at all 😭 🤦🏼♀️. And ever since after he finally awakened from that darkness, he hasn’t been the same and literally had ptsd and flashbacks every time he drew and 癒合 (fusion) came up. He got so scared just by looking at it (and it wasn’t even summoned YET). Damn, I never actually imagined the show to get to THIS point. In fact, I didn’t even expect original Yu-Gi-Oh to be that dark either, but oh well. It’s whatever. Anime isn’t meant for kids if there’s something like this in it
GX was awesome and reminds me of a simpler time. Jaden taught me that while you arent the best, smartest, a tragic backstory,or even have some magical power you can still be hero and friend.
I was playing YWC 2008 against Dark Zane with Jaden's Elemental Hero deck, and I just did a huge reversal. I was playing this music the whole time, and it felt amazing.
"well, lemme teach you something for once sensei, ya see... There's a place just fit for all the battles of heroes, I... I ACTIVATE THE FIELD SPELL , SKY SCRAPER!"
and then the music suddenly stop playing when jaden realize no plot armour anymore for him, he just draw a polymerization while have no card in his hands.
@DeltaARO ikr. Meanwhile everyone else got funky looking hair with like Pink, Blue, Yellow, Green, etc 😂. Judai’s the only one that looks “okay”, even though he looks like Kuriboh
Jaden is literally the essence of my youth playing this game cause of his positivity and how excited he gets to face a new challenge he just genuinely loves the game

What about Majestic Star Dragon?
All those years...and NEVER realized this music was directly from the japanesse anime...it is also feature in the Yu-Gi-Oh Tag Force seires of games for the PSP.
That moment when Judai (Jaden) re-dueled Chronos (Crowler) and it ended the same way like in episode 1
It still got me crying
The memories though. Considering the fact that this was Judai’s final duel with Chronos before he graduated
Same man. And i dont cry too often
Listening to this theme just reminded me of how Judai was always such a happy cheerful kid all the time who enjoyed dueling cuz they were fun. Those were the days
It's even more meaningful when the song played as he re-learned the fun of dueling.
@@FinalStigma yep. Judai finally got back what he lost. Thanks to Yugi
i'll always remember that it was you that introduced me into this amazing anime that we call YuGiOh!
I've grown a better person because of you... through your dueling, your positive personality as well as that wacky hairstyle of yours ahah
I remember going through the same hardships as you..the hardships of the world beating you downand that this world isn't always smiles and fun...But because of you I learned that we're never alone and that we should always enjoy ourselves in this crazy lives of ours!
Thank you SO much for the memories Yuuki Judai, YuGiOh's true HERO!
*GOTCHA!!!*
Damn it is so moving to read that with the song playing...
JuniorRC tag force 3?
truth is everyone who plays ygo is one of the saltiest most toxic and smelly people ive met lmao atleast many in competitive
No probs
Chronos:"I finally understand, I see... Parting ways with them was so painful because, as their professor, there is a multitude of things I have learned from them..."
Judai: "Skyscraper's effect activates! If the ATK of an Elemental Hero is less than their opponent's, it raises their ATK by 1000 points!"
Chronos: "I will also close the book on these three years... There are new steps that I must take as an instructor...
Why must you hurt me this way?
Judai: “I use Flare Wingman to attack Antique Gear Golem! *Skyscraper Shoot!”*
Thats game Chronos-sensei!
Dropout boy.
@@Боб_Рок Lets go slacker-Chronos
Judai is the only protagonist whose hair isn't crazy. It's just unkempt.
anton herz oh my god you’re right!!!😂😂😂
The one whos hair isn't crazy and gravity has an effect on it.
Which really represents his personality as the laid back kinda guy
Where every other protagonists are serious well all of their own seasons
Who needs Yusei, Yuma or Yuya anyway?
Honestly, my favorite part of this song is that I can hear little mistakes here and there, but they don't make the track sound worse, honestly they fit Jaden's character personally. He trips up, he stumbles, he makes mistakes time and time again, but he always picks himself back up and wins in the end, like a true hero.
Yeahhh
Well, I’d disagree with season 3 though. You know what I mean right
What mistakes if everything is rigth with the song
there are no mistakes, it's what the rhythm is supposed to be
i think you don't know music
When this theme starts, deck consistency goes to 100%
Cheating goes to 100%
Lol
Jaden's deck basically has the consistency of air
R.I.P Judai Yuki 2004 - 2008. You will be missed :(
Yes :'(
***** Another bond beyond time movie?
That really is not a good news....Beside, its not a yugioh anime movie...I think it will be live action?
***** Where are you getting this from? I don't see any indications of a new movie.
Anuj Singh www.comicbookmovie.com/fansites/Comicsandmovies/news/?a=102050
Why do I get teary eyed when I hear this :,( it just reminds me of jaden dueling and being so happy I love you jaden yuki
His Theme is so optimistic which fits him so perfectly! :D
It was always kind of awkward how the dub didn't use this piece despite all the video games keeping it.
Anyway, I always get such a nostalgia burst from this theme. I remember hearing it the first time I ever saw Yugioh in Japanese and falling in love.
4kids hates Japanese music
Kevin the Potato
I think it's also an issue of money. By making their own music, they can get revenue from the foreign dubs that dub from the 4Kids dub. (like France, Germany, etc.)
But this theme is instrumental though
You have a UA-cam too holy hell
1dbad cause 4kids sucks
I still come back to this video every now and then. Been feeling really nostalgic lately, and am definitely relating to Judai so much more lately when it comes to growing up and coming to terms with facing responsibilities head on. Thanks for the long loop, it's been helping me get by.
When I was younger I used to watch this series every weekend on Nickelodeon. Now than I am older I usually come back here to hear this song and remember old days when everything was superficial. It always make me feel happy and melancholic but I agree with a comment below that said: when this song start, I feel like everything is gonna be alright.
"Boku no turn...du-raw!
IKE, NEOS!!"
Stuart J.A. jajajajaja
👌👌👌
WRATH OF NEOS!!!!!!!!!!!!
Doesn't Judai say Ore????
Muda muda muda muda
I love the dueal between Crowler and Judai in the 181(cannot remember each episode). It feels so nostalgic seeing how both of them had changed through the seasons.
+Sekai Subete 167
***** while character wise the name suits but for the sake of conversations I think using "Crowler" is appropriate. Anyway, I really loved how both Judai and Cronos developed from the antagonistic professor to a professor who doesn't want his students to graduate because he'd miss them.
The reason Crowler felt sad at the thought of graduation was the fact that he'd learned so much from them, especially Jaden.
Crowler vs Jaden is in episode 167
Yu-Gi-Oh! GX is The version where Joey is the protagonist
Joey with yugi skills
And that sooooo much better
Uh, Joey was a dumbass that didn't know the rules of the card game by the end of the show and won because either the opponents were dumb, or he got an asspull. Jaden actually knows how to play the game.
@@okagron ok i saw you dont like joey or jonouchi

when you play in Master/or duel links with hero decks this song will give you...
THE HEART OF THE CARDS✨✨✨✨✨

Judai: Behold Yugi-San these are the possibilities of my Elemental Heroes.
Yugi: Amazing.

Judai attacked though.
that duel is not canon, its more like a fanservice episode.
Judai: Magic Card Miracle Fusion!
Just watched the graduation duel between Judai and Chronos...
Chronos became really a better professor and Judai really grew up...
😔❤
He adores his students now, especially Judai
parmesan cheese
But yes, the duel between Judai and Chronos was just soo good
Back to Childhood . In The Yugioh tcg i play Heroes over 10 years. Everytime a new Hero Card ist coming im crying. I Love this Charakter so much
When Jaden activated Skyscraper in episode 1 against Crowler. Man, awesome episode 1 for GX
He's not just the King of Games. He's the *Supreme King* 😎😎😎😎
DA SUPREME KING OF GAMES
Y'all know that yugi mutou won that match. It is hinted to us by the fact that at the end he notes that yugi showed to him that he still had a lot to go before he reaches his peak of dueling strength. Also yuge having an unerfed egod on the feild. So he is not the king of games. Tbh gx was my second to least favourite series (I think you know the one that I hate the most) so I have a bit of a thing against. Also being bested to death by kaibaman (seto) shows that at best he could be in the top ten duelists (third if you are being fanciful, but that spot goes to Yusei, fourth goes to Jack)
PLS REMEMBER THAT EVERYONE IS ENTITLED TO AN OPINION.

I listen to this when I play my pure neo-spacian deck on Master Duel. The power this jam gives truly makes you believe in your deck.
For me the GX era was the Prime of Yugioh
I am a huge Jaden Yuki fan girl. I love his neo-spacian cards. Finally great music
Yeah, and Neo Spacians are also getting some sweet support.
Including...
-2 new fusions
-Miracle Contact setup
-Field swarming
...and more!
Yeah same. I love Judai so much. He’s one of my favorite anime characters 😍❤️. And his Hero’s deck is just really good. He got all the strong monsters in there (not just counting Neos)
Oh fun fact elemental hero grand mole can out a sword soul I just did it around 10:34 mountain time it was funny
Been maining a HERO deck since they came out when I was five. Never found a deck or character I liked more than Jaden. Game on!

I have my first annual progress review as a PhD student in about an hour, so I’m listening to this to feel confident. Thanks Jaden!
When you duel your friend one last time before the move away

I really really love this song
When i was in high school like 2006 i saw this anime and it makes me love playing yugioh alot and im still playing hero deck in ygopro now im a father days move very fast i just heard this song again after i finished work.
Always gonna be my top fav Yu-Gi-Oh! character.
I love his character the same way I love Dante, both have that striking red jacket/coat. And both will have fun kicking their foe's ass.
Best protagonist in the franchise
Bring me back… Yu-Gi-Oh GX was just so laid back and really just one a of kind. Jaden, Elemental Heroes, and even his crew. Thanks for the memories and the nostalgic theme music.
なんだろう...すごいワクワクするけどどこか寂しい気持ちにもなる。でも最後にはすごい勇気をもらえる。そんなとても強い曲
you can really listen to this for the whole 18 mins and not get bored
no matter how many yugioh animes are there this is the best,is nostalgic ,is good, and the music is fucking cool
For me, nothing beats the original Yu-Gi-Oh with Atem, Seto Kaiba, Yugi, and Jounouchi. That was the series that started it all, and how my love for the show began. But GX comes just as close. Yes, I do love it a lot but I still prefer original
I remember coming from middle school and watch the Evil Supreme King arc... Bro I'll never forget that. HEROs will forever be my favorite archetype.
everything will be fine when this music plays...
I remember a time where I used to always enjoy video games and have fun, but there was a time after that where games became dull to me, I went through a lot during that time and it got me to be way too serious and complex about lots of stuff, I always thought about everything happening in the world and it would always get me down
But now when I finally focused on playing a video game without thinking about other stuff, I felt that same fun that I had from when I was a kid surging through me now and I loved every second of it, I’ll always be thankful to Judai for demonstrating that it’s ok to loosen up and have fun, for that I won’t ever forget Yu-Gi-Oh GX and I’ll always make it a priority to have fun, that’s a promise that I’ll keep
this song is so optimistic fits jaden very well cuz he's always happy and excited
2018 and still my favourite protagonist 🤛 gotcha
This song always makes my day better
I was playing YWC 2008 against Dark Zane with Jaden's Elemental Hero deck, and I just did a huge reversal. I was playing this music the whole time, and it felt amazing.
This theme makes me want to chill out with the crew in the schoold yard.
this is why i love GX from all the series always feeling nostalgic about this song
i like masashi endo song in 5Ds too tho
I just love this theme man It just fills me with hope, and the will to keep fighting
