The Discovery Park Townhomes neighborhood is nestled in the Tehaleh development - a large Employment Based Planned Community near Bonney Lake, Washington.
This 2 story-condominium complex completed in 2021 has 80 townhomes/units in 17 buildings. The residents here share a fence line with the adjoining Tehaleh Heights elementary school which was opened in 2018. As a guy who appreciates architecture in general, the overall appearance of this school impresses me.

These residences have an especially unique feature: direct instant access to the also adjacent, underrated, and underused Discovery Park, which really hasn't been discovered by too many people yet. That's not a complaint - I quite enjoy feeling like I frequently have the whole park to myself!
