  • Mutton Khuddi is a typical gravy made using the famed 'Bottle Masala'. The rich flavour is due to the roasted masala paste. This can also be made using Chicken (no need to pre-cook the chicken)
    Ingredients:
    Boil 600 gms Mutton (Keep the stalk)
    For Khuddi Masala Paste
    2 tbsp Oil
    1 Onion Sliced
    2 Green Chilllies
    2 inches Ginger
    6 - 8 Garlic cloves
    5 - 10 Curry leaves
    2 cups Grated Coconut
    1 cup Water
    In a cooker:
    2 tbsp Oil
    2 tbsp Bottle Masala
    A pinch of Saffron
    2 Potatoes with skin (diced big)
    Adjust Salt
