Hope the program goes well for you!
Congrats! I’m turning in my application later tonight!
Congrats!!!
🤩Wow, congratulations!!! 🎉🎊🍾
This answered alot of questions I had about the job. I'm gonna shadow a PTA. Thanks for the awesome videos keep doing what you're doing dawg!
Thanks a lot! Good luck with your job shadow!
You’re smart and dedicated and a beautiful person 🙏💐❤️ God Bless! After falling into a diabetic coma and exposure to COVID-19 in June 2020 I almost died but am alive due to dedicated doctors, nurses, police, paramedics and physical and occupational therapists! I was in ICU for 2 weeks on a ventilator! I had to relearn how to walk and get back on my feet. You rock!
I definitely agree that our profession is full of people that are trying to be helpful so it make it a more chill environment!! Thanks for another awesome video man :)
That was super insightful AND encouraging. Thank you!
This was such an amazing video, thank you so much.
Great video! Very helpful insight about the PT profession. I am happy to know you established your own outpatient clinic in Michigan.
Great testimony!
What kind of technologies or tools do you guys use to increase your productivity when doing paperwork?
Watching from the Philippines ! Hoping to graduate and work abroad :)
Awesome!
How is a Physical Therapist Assistant different from a Medical Exercise Specialist? It seems like PTAs are MES. Can you MAKE A VIDEO on that or just comment letting me know the difference.
Great video
Hello, I’m looking to get into physical therapy assistant job, can I ask you questions?
Can someone who has a weak back work as a PTA? I read online that PTA have to lift 300 lbs people.
I mean that depends , you can also ask for help when needed assisting. I’m a tech for now and I usually pick up a dude whos atleast 280 from his wheelchair to his bed. Depends the day I sometimes ask for help if my back feeling iffy.
Muah 💋💋💋
What is this woman’s contact info ? I want to know how she got to own her own clinic
this video makes me hate insurance even more - but at least she’s honest about it
I am supposed to start PTA school this fall!!
Congrats! Hopefully all goes well for you!
@@AntonioSanson thank you! I hope so too especially with the quarantine and with classes being online right now.
@@girly5eva how is it?
@@girly5eva how has it been?
@@sheanthesheep8816 hey! It's been challenging but the info you learn is very useful. I am glad I have professors who work with you to make sure you succeed. Who care more about if you pass the course as a whole, rather than if you get a 90 on an exam. If you wanna get more insights into what you may learn look up "pta practical exams" on UA-cam to get an idea. Hope this helps!
What about occupational therapy?
You could never tell by this video that you are an introvert. Great job public speaking and describing your job. Love the video.
Fun fact my college application in AL
for PTA listed watching this video as a requirement for the application. Now I’m hooked on your channel & think that I want to change my major from RN to PTA. ❤️
That is so funny lol. Way cool!
what a great video, thank you a lot for making this. very helpful
*Good information💪🏼*
I need assistance! I recently earned my B.S degree in Kinesiology concentrating in exercise science ( within the states) and I’m looking to become a PTA. Is there a Accreditation course Review process that I can go through without going back to school for an associate degree ?
Have you figured it out yet
Odd thing is here in Canada a PTA does not need to be licensed
really?? that's crazy! so how would you get a job without a license...?
@@tessnf im a student that was just accepted into a PTA program on the east coast of canada and as i was doing my research to make sure this was the career i wanted i learned that the program would take 2 years to complete and once you have the proper education along with workterms that i would be doing throughout the program you can be hired as PTA without having to have a license unlike a PT where you still have to pass a national exam to become a licensed PT
Have my interview for the PTA program here in Vegas today, so thank you for all your videos! I feel prepared & hope to get in to start in the fall! (:
Hi, did you apply to pta program at CSN? I am also interested in pta program and wondering how competitive to get into that program.
@@jeongeunpark2508 hi! Yeah I did but there’s is extremely difficult & a longer program. They only accept 12 people! & PIMA accepts 28. I got into PIMA & it’s honestly a great program so far! Started in sept. 2020 & will be done April 2022
I’m going to pima too its starts april! Im excited. Good luck to u! Your almost done
This video was so helpful! I love her
Great overview Mehgan, I was looking for a link to help my 16 yo Grandson decide on a career path.
